This mall is very large and diverse in styles and eras which I love. No one booth looks like another. The owners and staff are very friendly and are superb at creating a family like atmosphere. You can tell by the happy vendors that this is a spectacular mall to be in. We have a ton of great antique malls in the Pacific Northwest but this one remains my favorite not just because I vend here, but also because it is unique and different from any other mall I have been to. Many of the booths are so large they feel like their own store within the mall. And don't even get me started on the variety of clothes, shoes, and accessories! Not only can you find antique and vintage pieces for your collection, but there are also a ton of hard to find modern styles and pieces as well. The store offers a combination of local artist creations, antiques and replica merchandise. Their main focus is smaller decorative items, but they do offer shabby chic type furniture as well. Each antique dealer has their own aesthetic, and it's typical for each one to specialize in certain items or periods of time, e.g., kitchenware or linens or the 1960s. Not every antique shop is obligated to appeal to men in order to be worthy of five stars, just like not every clothing brand needs to appeal to every gender or age group. This particular antique shop has teacups, postcards, jewelry, art, a small assortment of lamps and light fixtures, linens, knick-knacks, etc. I would say most items are from the mid-1900s or earlier. The owner sews felt Christmas ornaments and table runners by hand, and she also makes charming earrings from old necklace beads and, I think, chandelier crystals. Her shop is one of the tidiest in the area, and her prices are very fair. I enjoy going there to check out what's new.
