First visit here, very difficult to find. Waze, Apple and Google maps couldn't locate it. The app just drops off in the middle of the street. Located in self standing building in the middle of a strip mall parking lot inside of an Urgent Care facility. Checking in was unusual, as soon as you enter the door the check in reception is right there. The receptionist asked for my mother's ID and gave me a clipboard with approx. 20 Xerox copies of forms that I had to fill out. I knew this is going to happen so we checked in about 30 minutes prior to the appointment so that I could fill out all this paperwork for my mom in order to establish as a new patient. The paperwork was tedious and very outdated like paperwork from 1985. Luckily I had all of my mothers information and I was able to complete what I could. The waiting room is small and didn't seem to have enough seats for all the patients waiting. I couldn't tell if we were in the private practice portion or the urgent care portion as everyone was kind of lumped into one waiting room. First impression is this clinic just feels dated. The building, the decor, and the furniture. My mom was called and they took us back to an exam room. The nurse was nice. One thing I noticed about the exam room is that there is no computer so all of the paperwork and orders by the doctor and nurse were written by hand. My mom got seen for about 5 minutes by provider and he seemed nice enough. I was frustrated because he asked us why we were here today. I had told the reason when I made the appointment, to the receptionist, and the Nurse. We were able to refill my mothers medication's and also get some labs that were long overdue. We have to go to another location for labs which my Mom really care for. The doctor misspelled my Mom's name on the order so that really didn't make a good impression with her. Overall experience left me a little ambivalent. The care we received met our immediate needs however, no real care plan moving forward. So we will see how the next visit goes.

Bunch of morons for clinicians. They don't know what they're doing at all. And the staff has the customer service skills of a bad of sand.

I have to get a simple TB shot every year for my job and normally when I go to urgent care I expect to fill out some paper work then be seen shortly after. At this office I was greeted by an iPad that had me fill out pages of personal information then I received a text on my phone to fill out additional paperwork then I was handed more physical paperwork to fill. Which this didn't bother me I understand they need to be thorough. Once I finished I sat and waited for about half an hour while the place was empty just for them to tell me they were out of TB shots. They told me to either go to another one of their locations where I would have to fill out all the paperwork again or I could come back when they restocked in 2 days. I chose to wait the 2 days. While I waited those 2 days I received NINE text messages... by 3 different phone numbers... all from this office. I called today to make an appointment told them I was available to come in now or another day if they were or weren't available they said to come in now that I would be in and out because it was just a TB shot. I'm again greeted by an iPad but I wait for an employee to come to the front desk because I have paperwork from my last visit that I'm assuming is essential to pass along and I want to explain the whole situation since it's different staff. When I try to explain I'm redirected to the iPad I'm confused because I was just there and I just filled out everything and I called ahead today. Regardless of what I'm saying I feel ignored and my paperwork was not taken. I was just pushed to fill out 2 separate sets of forms 1 on the iPad one on my phone. I wait another 20 minutes until I see a different employee at the front desk since the other girl was redirecting me instead of being helpful I want to ask someone different for help. I ask an estimated wait time, I only want to ask because I was told I would be in and out and that's not really how it's going. I show him the papers I was given my last visit. Turns out those papers were important just like I thought. He takes the papers and I sit and wait some more until I'm called. From the time I'm called I'm to the time I'm done it's a total of 2 minutes the health care provider was cold & quick and threw a passive aggressive comment at the end stating I'd have to be back in 2 days and that if I wanted to be helped sooner to make an appointment. The place is clean and beautiful and I'm glad that they do their best to be as efficient and as thorough as possible and although I found all the separate forms and texts to be be excessive in comparison with other offices my experience would've been completely different if I was treated better.

ER doc and NP had shrugged it off as possible gastroenteritis and anxiety and had discharged me home. My symptoms improved for a bit and then suddenly got worse three weeks later to the point where I was unable to eat anything without getting extremely nauseous immediately and experiencing the worst abdominal pain so I checked back into the ER Turns out I had pancreatitis and was admitted for 4 days and had the loveliest nurses and Drs during my stay. In particular I had a wonderful night nurse for 3/4 nights I was there. I'd recommend this hospital for those who are seeking emergency medical care

Zero stars. If you…read morevalue privacy, dignity, compassion, or even basic communication in a medical setting, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I called ahead to confirm they could do specific blood testing and was left with the impression I'd actually get answers that day. Due to the urgency and my concern of being contagious, I went in. I spent roughly 4 hours being shuffled between waiting room chairs, open hallways, repeated testing I had already told admission and staff that I completed earlier that week, and staff who often acted more irritated than concerned. I had a cough and chose to wear a mask out of consideration to others at close proximity in the small waiting room. I repeatedly explained to staff that I had already just completed chest X-rays, EKG and COVID/flu/strep testing at my Dr's office TWO days prior, but I was continuously pressured into repeating testing after being told I couldn't be "properly evaluated" or "things can change in a couple days" otherwise. Yet, the ONE thing I specifically came there for -- the blood test -- still wasn't resolved that day, and I was later told results would take another 3-4 days anyway! The level of privacy here was honestly shocking. I was openly questioned about personal medical information -- including where I was born and my vaccination history -- within earshot of staff, security guards, and nearby patients sitting just feet away. Even worse, I was asked to LOWER MY MASK in the middle of a crowded waiting room so they could perform nasal swabs in front of everyone. Then when I expressed my disbelief, I was gestured to follow the nurse only a few feet away into an open hallway near the front desk for a throat swab where I was gagging and coughing publicly while strangers walked by!! Absolutely no sense of privacy or infection control. It genuinely felt less like a hospital and more like a chaotic transit station where medical testing was being done out in the open. The (waiting room) bathroom used for urine samples was filthy, financial discussions happened openly in public areas, and most of the visit felt more like a cash grab assembly line than actual patient care. After all of that, I was basically given a few unrelated guesses, prescribed meds I didn't need (one of which was dangerous to a heart condition I told them I had) and sent back out into the waiting room to sit even longer for discharge paperwork. At that point I walked out regretting not walking out immediately at the beginning. What makes this even more frustrating is that I sent the hospital a detailed letter the very next day expressing my concerns about the lack of privacy and overall treatment during my visit -- and not a single person reached out afterward by phone or email. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, nothing. Reading the other reviews was eye-opening because my experience clearly was not an isolated incident. There are far too many hospitals and urgent care facilities to settle for treatment like this. I absolutely regret choosing this ER.
