Located in self standing building in the middle of a strip mall parking lot inside of an Urgent Care facility. Checking in was unusual, as soon as you enter the door the check in reception is right there. The receptionist asked for my mother's ID and gave me a clipboard with approx. 20 Xerox copies of forms that I had to fill out. I knew this is going to happen so we checked in about 30 minutes prior to the appointment so that I could fill out all this paperwork for my mom in order to establish as a new patient. The paperwork was tedious and very outdated like paperwork from 1985. Luckily I had all of my mothers information and I was able to complete what I could. The waiting room is small and didn't seem to have enough seats for all the patients waiting. I couldn't tell if we were in the private practice portion or the urgent care portion as everyone was kind of lumped into one waiting room. First impression is this clinic just feels dated. The building, the decor, and the furniture. My mom was called and they took us back to an exam room. The nurse was nice. One thing I noticed about the exam room is that there is no computer so all of the paperwork and orders by the doctor and nurse were written by hand. My mom got seen for about 5 minutes by provider and he seemed nice enough. I was frustrated because he asked us why we were here today. I had told the reason when I made the appointment, to the receptionist, and the Nurse. We were able to refill my mothers medication's and also get some labs that were long overdue. We have to go to another location for labs which my Mom really care for. The doctor misspelled my Mom's name on the order so that really didn't make a good impression with her. Overall experience left me a little ambivalent. The care we received met our immediate needs however, no real care plan moving forward. So we will see how the next visit goes.

The clinic is clean, the staff gets you in quickly, and they're always very helpful. Today's visit was especially great thanks to Mary Ann Reveles, FNP-BC. She was not only incredibly kind, but also very knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate about how I was feeling. She took the time to listen, didn't rush the appointment, and gave me a clear plan to help get me back on the mend. I've been coming to this urgent care since 2020, and experiences like this are exactly why I'll continue coming back. Highly recommend!

I had a chest x-ray 2 views and breathing treatment as well. As soon as Moon PA-C told me my chest x-ray was clear, the written results was posted on the app. Later my actual XR's were posted. As soon as I left all my prescriptions were ready for pick up from my pharmacy. I highly recommend this place! Only bit, the receptionist could've been a bit more open and friendly and less dismissive.

My symptoms improved for a bit and then suddenly got worse three weeks later to the point where I was unable to eat anything without getting extremely nauseous immediately and experiencing the worst abdominal pain so I checked back into the ER Turns out I had pancreatitis and was admitted for 4 days and had the loveliest nurses and Drs during my stay. The waiting room, exam rooms and bathroom were all clean, the entire place had a normal medical office atmosphere and on all three occasions, I got what I needed. I received adequate care and everyone there was attentive and pleasant. Was it PPO-level care? Probably not, but I personally could not tell the difference and cannot think of one thing that bothered me about this urgent care. Newsflash Folks: This is a government-run medical facility so I'm sure that sometimes there will be a wait....but then again, isn't it normal for most urgent cares and emergency rooms to have long waits during certain times of the week? At any rate, guess what? When the government runs our healthcare, it will naturally end up feeling like the DMV (tho that was not my experience when I was there).

I recognize the amount of time and effort it took to get my necessary medication approved, so thank you. They were extremely attentive and flexible with my schedule as well, as I am a very busy student myself. Every time I visited, Dr. Omino took the time to really explain all my options and answered all my questions. He took my symptoms seriously and never once dismissed me. He thought outside the box and ensured he did a full diagnostic work up for all potential diagnoses. They don't make you feel uncomfortable or judged which is what I've gotten from many higher priced urgent cares in the area. I will definitely be coming back here in the future! The suite we were going to is located on the third floor as well as the lab. When we entered, we received a friendly greeting by the front desk clerk and she checked us in. We were quickly brought into exam and after vitals and a few questions the provider joined us. The exam room was spacious, bright and clean. There were two chairs for my Mom and I to sit. The experience was very pleasant for my Mom. She liked all the staff very much. From my POV all staff was kind and very professional. Shout out to Dr. Kulai, Jona and Juan for providing excellent healthcare to my Mom.
