I finally called the doctors other location to ask if this office had closed because nobody is answering the phone or any of my messages. After a couple of hours I finally get a text response just to check the portal. This is not how you should be treated by your doctor or your medical practitioner. They hide behind their so called portal system so they don't have to interact with the patients. Patients are your business lady, when you quit caring and responding to the patients and they see how you and your staff treat them they will find a real doctor.
