I took my daughter twice to this facility to test for a UTI. Both times they "lost" the samples. Since they told us not to give her antibiotics until after the results came in, my young daughter was in unnecessary pain for four days both times. And then I had to pay for a secondary visit somewhere else that wouldn't lose the sample. I will never visit this place again. read more

This place is now CareNow, an HCA company. I had done a Covid test at home because I had severe cold symptoms. It turned out positive. I looked for urgent care centers under my insurance where I could go to confirm my Covid results and possibly get an anti viral medicine. You can get on a wait list on line. I received an email when they were ready to see me. So I drove myself to the center. The front-desk attendant was amiable. I had to fill out some paperwork. It took about 15 minutes for me to be seen. A nurse took my vitals and a nose swab to test for Covid. A nurse practitioner came shortly afterwards to confirm I had Covid. She didn't recommend the anti viral meds for me. I was discharged with a sheet outlining how to manage Covid-19 symptoms at home. I'd go back to this urgent care center. read more

This place was terrible. I tested positive for Covid 19 on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. The shift physician which was an actual MD (shocking) came in the room and gave me my positive results. She inquired of my health conditions and decided I did not need a Paxlovid prescription. I said ok but if I decide I need it after a few days can the clinic call it in for me. Yes she stated. Well today is Friday, June 6, 2025 and I am a tiny bit better but I want to start the prescription. My luck it's a different shift "provider" which means she is a PA. She would not call in the prescription for me. She wanted me to come back to the clinic sick and she wanted to treat me. Oh I'm sorry no way you are getting anymore of my money. I said don't you look at your colleagues notes and go from there. She stated no we are shift work. That's the craziest thing I've ever heard. Don't waste your time with this dump. Oh and to top it off they told me today that my discharge papers from Tuesday said I was negative for Covid. Clearly the discharge papers I received Tuesday stated positive for Covid! Who's on first? Had a really great experience coming to this location . Checked in online and I was in and out of the office in about 30 min. Everyone was very friendly. No doctors on-site but good PAs and techs. This place is as good as it can get for in person urgent care. I felt like all employees I interacted with were kind, Straight forward, and honest. (I would not use their teledoc line that is a total scam and waste of $75). If you have something easily treatable that is on the list of ailments they treat on their website I would check this place out. If you have an ailment not specifically listed on their website do not waste your time/money and just go see a real doctor. This place is great for what it is. read more

Brought my husband in for a chest X-ray a week ago. Today they left a message for him to call back. We've left two messages over 5 hours and no one has called back. The man answering the phone barely sounds awake enough to speak- no energy or sense of urgency. The PA who left the message said she needed to talk to us, so we are assuming there is a health issue that needs to be addressed. This is terrible service! Don't go here unless you know you have a physical injury. A UTI, strep or the flu. You won't get any help beyond that, and you're likely to have someone "treat" you who is extremely condescending and rude to you and treats you like an idiot. That's after recommending Ibuprofen (which triggers my asthma, per all the info I gave her) or an antihistamine (I take two already on a daily basis and I'm still sick). I ended up going to a completely different urgent care facility, where we quickly discovered I had a fever, and after a thorough examination was diagnosed with a sinus infection by a helpful and respectful doctor. Not just a "provider" who couldn't even check my temperature or read any of the notes about medicines I take that the nurse had just written down for her. I would never come back here nor will I ever go to another MedSpring facility again. read more

Visit went fine, took about 45 Min the whole process, but then I went to pick up the medicine the next day from the pharmacy like I was told, they said they never had anything, I called the urgent care and they told me that they don't see anything in my chart and no medicine was prescribed to me and the person who saw me wasn't there and they wanted me to come back and pay for another visit so other person can see me and prescribe me the medicine that I was supposed to be prescribed in the first place. The first time I visited this location, the receptionist input my information incorrectly. This wasn't just a typo. They changed my birthday and name. This affected my insurance and required me to pay more and ask them to resubmit my insurance. The second time I visited, I was told it would be an hour wait to see the doctor. I asked to schedule an appointment for the following day. The receptionist did so. The following day, I showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, was taken back to a room and vitals were taken. After about 40 minutes, I asked the receptionist if she knew how much longer I'd have to wait. She sent me to the back to ask the same lady who took my vitals, Shiranda. I asked how much longer it might be. She raised her eyebrows and said "I don't know." She then started a conversation with the woman next to her cubicle. I asked, "is there anyway we could find out?" She responded with "why? Do you have to be somewhere?" I explained everything that happened the day before and that I had an appointment. She said "Well, she scheduled with the wrong doctor. You'll have to wait." The service is awful here. Granted, the space is clean and nice. I cannot see past the service. I don't believe anyone wants to write bad reviews and it makes me feel uncomfortable however if we don't speak up we can not make change. I am so discouraged about the treatment I received here last week. I, like many moms before me, took my daughter late (8pm) on a Friday night to get treatments because I was concerned about her infection (staph) spreading to other kids. I listened to the PA tell me she did not think it was staph after her 30 seconds assessment. I proceeded to inform her that my son was covered in sores (MSRA) from camp and I am very certain that this is the same. I shared my deep concern that my daughter was traveling to NC to visit my sister and that has 3 small children and did not want to share or spread anything to others. I felt uncomfortable pushing the issues after she refused to give her antibiotics and prescribed topical cream. I urged her to listen to me out of fear it would be passed onto others. I did not want to feel responsible for spreading anything that could be avoided. I walked away with cream, paid $185 and they billed my insurance. I told myself she is the professional and sees this stuff all the time, to trust her judgment, but had a deep feeling in my gut that I was right. Cream applied 2x a day didn't stop it from spreading to the rest of her face and ear now having flown to NC and been surrounding herself with three drooling babies, I had to make a 911 to our pediatrician to call in antibiotics to NC which she could of already been taking for a week now. Her entire left side hurts, is open sores and swollen beyond comprehension. In the world of everyone pushing and shoving I dislike calling to complain and request a refund of my money however in this incident I feel compelled to speak up. This not only affected us, but everyone on the plane and now my sister entire family of 8! The supervisor refused to refund my money after my plee that we live on a budget and I now need to pay to treat my sister entire family which enrages me beyond comprehension but also saddens me that others may have had this same experience. read more

I was feeling pretty ill before work this morning, and I knew I needed to see a doctor ASAP, so of course I came here. Usually I am pretty scared to go to the doctor because it can be very intimidating and confusing but, MedSpring on memorial is amazing. The front desk lady was very kind and welcoming, the nurse who took my vitals had a very warm personality, and was very kind, and last but not least Dr. Molina was awesome. She knew exactly what to do, and provided the best care for me possible. This place is great and the copay was $30.00. They make you feel cared for, not just a number. And on the plus, they had great shows and snacks to enjoy while waiting. read more

I told her I thought I had a sinus infection- I get them a couple times a year and she told me just because I was going on vacation didn't mean I needed antibiotics. Really terrible experience with the billing upon check in. I had reached my max out of pocket on my insurance plan which meant I owed no copay for the visit. I proved it by calling my insurer and having them talk to the woman checking you in. She continued to be extremely hard to deal with and refused to listen to Blue Cross saying she had to call corporate. Corporate had a 45 minute wait time and I was very sick all having to wait on her to realize what I told her from the beginning. Friendly service and very quick/streamlined process. This clinic is clean, comfortable and efficient. I came in for a spider bite and they had me checked in within 10 minutes. The doctor saw me, drained the wound and had a prescription called out for antibiotics. My visit took a total of 40 minutes. Came to this facility because of a sore throat and cough. I didn't even have to use the waiting room because they took my ID and insurance info and got me to a room immediately. Got some hot tea from their Keurig, then went to my room. There was a TV with cable to entertain me and a table with coloring stuff for kids as well (so cute). There was also a couch I passed out on in literally seconds within arriving in my room. They ran a standard strep test and I was prescribed an antibiotic just in case I had a sinus infection. I recently got my bill and the invoice was concise and reasonably priced. I highly recommend MedSpring for minor emergencies. Good service, great facilities, and reasonable bills. read more

One of the best medical places I've been to. I came in for a bug bite that I thought was infected. The facility was spacious and the receptionist was professional and friendly. They take your insurance and Id and then usher you into a room with zero wait time. Within 5 minutes a nurse came in and took the standard info. She wasn't overly friendly but not rude either. About another 2 minutes later the doctor came in and talked with me. It was a fast visit but I didn't feel rushed and they sent me home with some home care pamphlets to read. Super professional, clean, and efficient every business should take a cue from Medspring. They also take most major insurance but I would call ahead to confirm. Also they did not know what to charge me copay so charged me about $50 and said they would refund or bill me if I was over or undercharged. read more

I had lost my voice and wasn't feeling well and with a history of strep I wanted to get checked out before being around a lot of people the next day for a funeral. We got there around 8:35 and they close at 9:00. We filled out papers, sat down and two minutes later were called back to a room. The rooms have TV's in them and we only had to wait a few minutes for the assistant to come and check my vitals and ask a few questions. The doctor came in a few minutes later, prescribed some medication and that was about it. We were out of there around 9:05. The only complaint is that my prescription wasn't at CVS like they said. I had a paper copy though so dropped it off and went back later for it. It was $75 for the visit so not bad for a Thursday night after normal hours. read more

Really nice people work here!! So I developed a small eye skin infection and had to see a doctor. They worked to do it virtually since I have Diabetes. But I needed to go in person. I asked for my own room since they do offer Covid testing there. The doctor came in sent my prescriptions electronically to my drug store and I was out!! Don't get me wrong every doctor's office, including here, are slammed right now. My regular dr was booked solid so I had to find a place to go. Be prepared to wait, but know the drs and nurses are working very hard. I tried to thank each person who helped me today personally, but in case I missed one of y'all, "thank you" for today. I have been to this location a number of times. Usually on a Sunday when I can not get into a doctor. The have a nice little keurig machine in the front for waiting. though I have never had to wait so have never had a chance to use it! The rooms are clean and each come equipped with their own television. Swanky! HGTV? Yes please! Each time I have been the doctors have been thorough and asked a lot of questions.. as opposed to the usual in and out most doctors do. Highly Recommended if you need a last minute doctor. Though keep in mind it is an urgent care so your bill will be more than your normal doc visit. Mine have been $100 each visit with my insurance plan. But $100 worth it to get that medicine a day earlier. read more

Do not go to this place! I went in December 2017. Lobby was completely empty. After the registration I was led back to the examining room. They closed the big thick wooden door and I sat in there 45 minutes and listened to loud doors closing about every 60 seconds. After 45 minutes I opened the door and left. The lobby was still completely empty. Since they had, of coarse, already run my credit card for the $60 co-pay I had to wait while they ran it again and the clerk sure enough acted as if this was something that happens often. I loved my experience with Medspring! I was sick with Bronchitis, I was in and out in less than an hour. They took an X ray and prescribed the correct medication to help me get back to normal fast. VERY clean office, very nice staff, very efficient. I ahve taken my kids here too and its awesome! I will go back. read more

All this place cares about is your money. I have met my out of pocket and they forced me to pay my co payment even after I showed them I met it through the insurance. The front desk is rude. The dr is rude. This is the second time I have tried to come here. The first time I walked out because the front desk was so rude how would the dr treat me well. I am very sick and the dr refused to give me anything to help get me better and told me to call my primary dr. Well duh i clearly already did that and they couldn't get me in for another 15 days. If there was a negative zero I would give it to this location. I wouldn't bring a stuffed animal to get treated hear. They need to hire more professional staff. So unacceptable. read more

I've been going to MedSpring for over three years for my medical needs and I've never had an issue-- until tonight. I came in with my father to check if he had the flu, cold, sinus infection, etc. It was important for us to check what was wrong with him and address it quickly as my mother, who has terminal cancer, could catch it. She's actually in the hospital recovering from the flu and is just now getting better. From the minute the doctor walked in to greet us, she was flat out rude and had an aggressive attitude for no reason. She refused to answer our questions clearly and even slammed the door on us in the middle of a question! We were confused why she insisted on a chest scan, although his flu & strep tests came back negative. Instead of calmly addressing our questions and reassuring us (as typical doctors do) she was EXTREMELY unpleasant. We were open to the scan but her behavior was completely uncalled for and made us really uncomfortable, so we walked out. I feel bad for my father who did not get the proper medical attention he deserved. We did not catch the doctors name, but I no longer recommend this location at all! We will not return again and hope to get a refund. read more

They tested me for the flu which came back negative and gave me flu meds anyways. Turns out I had a serious kidney infection, and ended up in the ER. The "providers " are clueless and just try to get you in and out as fast as possible. If you try to call back and ask questions about why you're getting drastically sicker, you will definitely get put on hold, and they will probably hang up on you. Just so you can call back, get put on hold, and be told that someone will call you back. If anyone ever calls you back, it will be hours later, and the "provider" will talk to you in a very condescending way, IF they even call you back. Don't trust your life with these people you might die (or end up in the ER). read more

Maybe I just came on a bad day, but my experience was negative enough to not go back again. The two good things I can say about this location are: 1) there was no wait at all (which is fantastic when you're feeling awful on a Sunday and can't see your regular doctor) 2) the front receptionist/host and the nurse were extremely friendly and made me feel like I wasn't just a "number" to them. The bad things about my experience are: 1) the doctor came in and said my strep test was negative so all she could do was give me a numbing gel - she didn't even LOOK at my throat before she said this. I understand that a lack of bedside manner happens a lot with doctors but when I'm paying a lot of money, I would think they could fake caring for the whole 2 minutes I'm being seen. 2) the prescription she wrote for the numbing gel was WRONG - it should have been for 600 ml based on her instructions for how often to use it but she wrote it for 60 ml. So what should have lasted me 5 days lasted me 1. 3) the prescription didn't even help - it numbed my mouth/throat for 10 minutes tops. 4) my throat swelled up even more overnight so I went to see my regular doctor the next day where I was given an antibiotic that's helping. TL, DR: I feel like I wasted my money. read more

On Monday morning I decided to drop in to Medspring to have a nagging cough checked out, and I had the best medical experience of my life (which says a lot considering I work at a hospital.) As soon as you walk in the receptionist asks for your insurance and drivers license, then asks you to help yourself to a drink or snack. They have a Kuerig with hot chocolate, which sounded amazing (and was!). She then took me back to 'suite' which has a large flat screen TV and you have the control, a small love seat, and a child size table and chairs with some toys. I was super impressed. The doctor came in about 15 minutes later and my visit was about 30 minutes total. Another thing which I really liked-- the doctor and RN's have to knock on the door before entered and the patient has to say "come in" before they can enter. While this may seem silly, it's nice to not have someone always barging in unannounced. The next day a doctor called to check on me and when I said I was feeling worse, she called in an antibiotic to my CVS that I could pick up in just a few minutes. Very impressed. The place was clean, quick and had a lot of impressive perks. I will definitely be returning to this location. read more

My family goes here for everything. It's clean, fast, and has nice "amenities". One time a male doctor asked me inappropriate questions like if I'm married and what my father does for a living, but I still choose to come here. I don't know what those questions had to do with my strep throat... maybe he was just bad at small talk? I lost it when he asked my the question about my dad and called him out on it.
