I am beyond impressed with this facility. From the moment I called over the phone up until the moment I left, the service was top notch for the entire experience. I called around 7:30pm on 1/13 to check to make sure they were open and also to make sure they accepted my insurance. Both answers were yes so I made my way there. I filled out some quick paperwork, showed my insurance card and ID to the super helpful gentleman at the front desk. I was seen right away. Dr. Garcia was flat out amazing. I don't think I've ever met a more friendly, helpful and thorough physician. She was very knowledgeable and was able to determine my issue and come up with a medical plan extremely fast. There is no doubt that if I need urgent care again, I will ONLY go here. Stellar job!!!! read more

I had pain on my lower left side and felt like I was having diverticulitis symptoms so I went to Lifeline Urgent Care. I asked the woman at the check in if they took Medicare. She replied yes, I showed her my Medicare care and gave my DOB, cell # and email address as she requested. She then texted me a form to fill out which I filled out -- except it would not let me past a page without my SSN. I told her a hospital lost my SSN info years earlier and I refuse to give out my SSN for medical treatment anymore. She told me they could not see me then. Social Security Admin stopped putting SSNs on Medicare cards in 2018 because of Identity theft risks, and Medicare only requires the 11 digit Medicare Beneficiary Identifier for reimbursement, so there is no reason to require SSN for treatment. I have filed a complaint with Medicare and Acentra (Quality of Care Complaint) - referred by Medicare. read more

I usually have trouble finding doctors that take my concerns seriously as many doctors dismiss my concerns due to my age (many think that it is strange for someone so young to be experiencing health issues). But I was RELIEVED to be seen by a doctor who took my concerns seriously, and was compassionate in her approach. She took my concern seriously and trusted in me as a patient. She treated my complaint with care and my visit was not in vain, I left the appointment feeling relieved that I would receive treatment. It may cost a few dollars more but it is certainly worth it to me as I received the treatment that I went in for, I've been to clinics before where the providers dismiss my issues or make excuses.. some providers even act in a negative manner towards their patients... which left me feeling defeated & unable to seek further treatment. It's very difficult to find health providers who genuinely take their patients concerns seriously, so I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is struggling with receiving treatment or finding a provider who is compassionate & takes concerns seriously. read more

We had to get a last second PCR test for our child on a Sunday. Maya took care of us and she was a rock star! Our son was not wanting to cooperate for this test, but Maya handled the situation so wonderfully. She was sweet, patient, and made our child comfortable. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences we've ever seen with a medical professional and our child. Flu season is back so of course I was worried. Finding a health center that doesnt charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. It was the closest and their online appointment process was hassle free. They take several type of insurance but still even if you dont have insurance they will do everything to help. They are taking appointments only. dont be shy to walk in and ask for help if you dont have one someone will be nice to guide you or if they can they will do anything in their power to help. Do not come here, go to the hospital. The best part about this entire experience was Quentin. He was kind and polite. The doctor DELIA UDAVE-- did not listen to my needs or requests. She kept telling me one thing when and had no room for my input (the patient experiencing the issue). Clearly inattentive and downright negligent as she didn't explain anything to me. I wish I would have taken my $280 that I was scammed out of to another facility where I could have ACTUALLY been treated. I came in with a knee injury, hoping to get a prescription, I was not advised on the prescription as far as what to expect, or what could be combined with it, and ended up experiencing side effects. When I called, the following day to speak with the Doctor (DELIA UDAVE) for assistance, I was denied the opportunity and told that I should go to an emergency room because I'll be able to receive help there. I asked what's the grace period or turnaround time for returning to the office. Initially I was told a couple of days, then a new receptionist came on the line and informed me THERE IS NO GRACE PERIOD, and I WOULD NEED TO PAY FOR EACH VISIT. The staff are patient, kind, and friendly. My daughter was very sick on the Wednesday before Christmas, so we came on the Thursday morning only to be placed in line. We were able to wait at home, rest and come in when they were ready to see us. Even after an excruciating long day for the staff, they still greeted us with kind words, smiles, and thorough explanations. They answered all our questions without trying to rush us out the door. SO BADDDDDDDDDD. SO AWFULLLLL I had been here for 3 time to testing COVID-19. They always accept my insurance. Now, they said they look at the account, if not they sent me the bill. Crazy. And they don't ware the shield while testing. the speaker test was not as thorough as the previous times I came. Last time i test about 30 minutes. They ask me everything but now they test 5minutes, no ask anything. 9am open but 9:30 still wait. DO NOT GO HERE ANYMORE. read more

Lifeline was super professional! I got on the list at 9am and they called me when they were ready. Once I received a call the test took 5 minutes. Very fast and professional. This place is a scam . I went in for an Urgent Care visit . I was told by the front desk that my $40 copay only takes effect once my deductible is met and it would $150 "for everything" . I saw 4.0 stars and three good reviews would be why I chose this clinic. BUT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC . Apparently they assumed I couldn't pay $199. They wanted payment before services when the desk girl said anything done once I see the doctor will be a charge also. So I came there for an allergic reaction and I waited 30 mins because the desk girl didn't plainly state pay before going back.. then sent the other girl to ask how I was paying smh just so unprofessional I told them they were full of it. This review is for the clinic's attempt to administer COVID tests. Let me preface by saying I called TWICE to confirm that my insurance would be billed before I showed up to the clinic and waited 2.5 hours for drive thru testing. The clinic is out of network for my insurance, but my insurance confirmed that it'll cover the costs of covid tests even for out of network providers. So you can imagine how upset I was when I pulled up to the testing window and was told that the clinic would not bill my insurance. I wish the person who picked up my calls hadn't relayed incorrect information and wasted several hours of my time. read more

Needed an antibiotic for an infection. I visited before and they had us wait in the car. So I called. There were 3 people in the lobby doing nothing and no one answered the phone so I got out to see if I could speak with someone. I went to the door and the woman with the ponytail started to open the door. I motioned that I need a mask. Then she turned her back on me and walked away. I then saw the signs on the door that you need to make an online appointment to get service but this was such bad behavior I won't ever come back. read more

I have use this urgent care a number of times. I am a disabled veteran, a lot of my care comes from the VA. However when it comes to common maladies such as colds and allergies and so forth VA is not a satisfactory solution. The doctors here have been wonderful, they have listen to my complaints they have evaluated them and I've been very satisfied with the treatment I have been given. I have also had my Covid test here it was done professionally and I had the results as expected. read more

Been here 3 times before and it's a life saver for me. It's just across the street from my apartment and the wait time is never long. Staff are always very polite and helpful and for someone who doesn't have insurance and goes to the doctors only rarely it's the perfect fix! This is my first review and I really don't want to write a review unless it is really bad. 1 star for the service, negative for the management/billing, the worst experience as a customer. I would give a negative score if I can. Summary: Liar: Even now still claimed to be in-network with BCBS in September 2017, but BCBS confirmed that they were NOT in-network until November 2017, which resulted in no payment from insurance and all charge of $199+ was on me. Very bad attitude: showed no remorse/compensation, did not want to solve the problem/ provided no discount, and sent the bill to collection company and ruin your credit. Suggestions: Stay away if you can. You don't want to get unwanted charges and ruin your credit scores. Details: In Sep 2017, I took my daughter to this place for urgent care. Before I went there, I asked clearly if they were in network with BCBS insurance because I reached my in-network out-of-pocket limit. In that case, if I went to an in-network clinic I would pay no more money. The operator on the line and the lady in the front desk both ensured me that they were in network with BCBS. Therefore, I took my daughter there and I had not complaint about the medical service. They did not charge me anything when I left as I expected. However, a few months later I received a mail from lifeline urgent care saying that BCBS would not pay and I need to pay $199+, which was even more than no insurance charge. In my mind, I should pay nothing so I called BCBS to check. BCBS told me that lifeline urgent care was NOT in-network at all until November 2017. In other words, they are out-of-network when the service was provided. Hence, BCBS would treat them as out-of-network. While my out-of-network out-of-pocket limit was not reached, I needed to pay the bill myself. In this case, I argued with the billing manager of lifeline urgent care that you should not lie to me and tricked me and I would not pay the full amount of $199+ and would like some discount. They said that they would not give any discount and they will deal with it. No more news from them until Sep 10 2020 when they sent the bill to the collection company. I called back and argued with the billing manager of lifeline urgent care, Sandra, again. She still insisted that they were in-network by contract with BCBS back Sep 2017 but she did not want to provide any proof or to argue with BCBS again. As far as I want to pay a discounted price for the service I received, she said she could not provide any discount because the contracted rate with BCBS. This is really disgusting that they could still lie to you face about in-network/out-of-network and still has no remorse/compensation. I would say if you can, just don't go there. This place is horrible!!!!! The staff is extremely rude! Customer service is not a priority. I went there for covid testing and my experience was so stressful. They charge you a 50$ fee every though your insurance company may cover the cost of the visit and testing at 100%. I even had my insurance to call them and see they they were charging me and they were arguing with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I would NOT recommend this urgent care to anyone! This place is ridiculous. The staffing has no idea what's going on . Their communication skills with their other staff is horrible . There was a heavy set Hispanic guy ( didn't get his name ) , that was really sarcastic and unprofessional. So far so NOT GOOD. I've been waiting for 45 minutes in the drive through for a COVID-19 test and the same car has been getting treatment the whole time! I'm hoping I'll change my mind once this first patient leaves. Surely each Covid test won't take this long! I've tried multiple times to call the front desk and no one is answering. This urgent care is a joke. It is always closed inside to actually see a doctor for anything. They only do COVID testing majority of the time, which is not fair for people who come for urgent reasons. I've came twice for two different reasons& have been turned around each time. It is ridiculous. If you are going to be closed inside due to low numbering of staff, then update your site and phone communications to reflect this. That way people, who are sick and need medical attention don't waste time driving to your facility! I would much rather be notified of this BEFORE I walk in the urgent care with my problems. Not only do you know you're closed, but when I walk in you have the nerve to ask me "how can we help you? What's going on today" allow me to explain my issues, just to tell me well..... we are closed inside but you can come back tomorrow. We have been seen by this doctor multiple times and the consultations were thorough and all our questions were answered. Dr Ravi takes his time and puts his patients first always. After being refused care at Katy Urgent Care on Kingsland I went to Lifeline. They were amazing. The receptionist was very concerned about what was happening with me and even double checked my insurance as I did not think they would take it. After she checked some things she told me they did.
