Lindora is awesome. I was 20 lbs over my weight limit for the Navy Reserves. I started on their program 12/31/24. I easily lost between 15 to 20 lbs in th3 first 5 weeks. I have since (at 7 weeks) fallen off due to a death in the family but ready to start again on Monday to finish loosing this weight! Since I've lost just this first round of weight, my tennis elbow is nearly gone and chronic pain in the bottom of my foot is at least 50% better. It's a bone spur, so it's not gone but is thanking me for less weight pushing down on it. I went from a size 18 in jeans and now have a loose size 14 on today. No one is perfect but this program works due to the support and accountability system telling me daily You Can Do This ANN. Also besides a really terrific program and staff, the food is pretty good. I was a member of Lindora on and off for over a decade. It disappoints me to submit an unfavorable review of Lindora; however, I feel the need to sound the alarm...CONSUMER BEWARE! I started with Semaglutide then Tirzepatide. At $788/month, I was not seeing results expected. Then my VISION was adversely affected. Recently I learned that Lindora management was less than truthful and I was forced to submitted a formal grievance regarding cancellation and billing for service and product not rendered. I loved my Lindora support last summer and I am very pleased with my ongoing weight loss and motivation as a result. Nurses were marvelous! Save your money! Traci was extremely nice when I went in for a consultation. I locked into a contract. My first visit with the RN went horribly. She was rude and when I asked her a question about the diet, she responded didn't you read your book! I understand she is no longer employed there. I had a follow-up appointment with the manager and when I arrived I was told she was not available. I informed them I made the appointment in advance and I would wait. I understand she was working on a timecard issue. It's an expensive program and I felt as I was a burden to them. The RN's are great, especially Angelica. Lindora, invest in Blood Pressure Machines! I can't imagine using the old fashioned way on taking blood pressure everyday for all the patients. Basically, you will be paying over $100 a month for a menu and a B-shot/B-12 injection. read more

I am extremely disappointed in how things turned out at this clinic. Before I get to the reason that I gave this clinic a one star, I would like to share that I think very highly of Robyn and Tracy. They are both professional and hard workers. Just amazing people! The reason that I gave a one star is that I believe the clinic charged me an extra month which they should not have charged me at all. I contacted the clinic two months in advance to ensure that my last payment will be in February. Both times, I was assured that Feb. is the last month. It was mid March which I noticed that I was charged again. I was furious and I called the clinic to inquire about the charges. I was told that the staff member who I talked to twice in the past is no longer working there and did not give me the right information and that is why I have been charged. I feel cheated and do not trust this center anymore. I have referred at least 5 people from work to this center and others to their other centers. I am spreading the word that Lindora can not be trusted! A very poor business move!!! read more

Normally I go to Montclair clinic and they are very helpful and professional, unfortunately they changed their hours and I cannot go to that clinic anymore, so I started going to  West Covina, first it was ok, but after a month I've noticed if you go there after 4:30 the receptionist and the nurses are not ready , they just want to leave the office so they do everything rapidly and they messed up my Program I don't think they are qualified to do that kind of work , also the restroom always dirty or no toilet paper, or you can not buy the product with cash money always no cash even if you give them the exact cash. Lindora's program put me into starvation mode masked by the shots they give you. I was sick for over a month and my doctor tells me I should never have signed up. The medical evaluation was not enough and I should not have been accepted with my past history. They are in it for the money as I cannot go back but am paying the monthly fee for 1 year. Everyone be mindful of diets like this. When you restrict yourself and focus on you weight to this degree, it can be very unhealthy. I hope to prevent one person from going through this. read more

Beware, you will be locked into a contract without any chance of escaping and they won't even try to help you find alternative methods to succeed. I had a negative reaction to the shots (giant welted painful bruises every time) so I couldn't get them; I could only eat two of the snacks because of my soy and gluten allergies EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD THEY HAD SEVERAL GLUTEN AND SOY FREE FOOD OPTIONS BEFORE I SIGNED UP; none of their technicians had any expertise when it came to weight training and program. Meaning, since I wanted to lose fat but not necessarily lose weight (I lift weights 5-6 days a week) and their primary barometer for success is the weigh in. Tracy told me she would look into it and call me back. I never heard back. Someone else called me to see why I had stopped coming in and I explained to her all of this and she said she would talk to Tracy and have her call me back. Still haven't heard from her. This program will likely work for you if you have no diet and exercise knowledge and have a lot of weight to lose (and if you don't have allergies to the majority of their supplements). I even asked if I could convert my membership dues ($100/month) to "store credit" and use it on the couple of products I could eat, or maybe even for the vitamin/supplements or the zerona body contouring machine. They won't budge. I had 10-15 pounds of fat to lose and instead the only thing I have lost is hundreds of dollars and faith in this company. read more

Lovely staff in this office, so far I'm down 14 lbs. 10 to go. The products are delicious for diet protein fasting and in between snacks.

They are the best weight loss clinic anywhere.Traci is the manager at the West Covina office and she is so cool and helpful and all the other girls that work there are also great. First I have to start by saying I 100% believe in this program and the staff at my clinic are wonderful! I am disappointed in the company, as they are not allowing us to place our memberships on hold during the shelter in place order. I understand the clinic is open, however, I should have the right to decide whether this is essential during this time. For me, the risk of visiting a clinic daily is greater than the final 10 pounds I need to loose. I would like to know if anyone has been successful in placing their membership on hold. I don't want to loose these few months, as I feel this is such a valuable service. All I want to do is put my account on hold. I just finished my 10 week program with Lindora and lost 35.5 pounds. I feel so good and have so much energy. I have already signed up for another 10 weeks. NEVER have I found a weight loss program that is this easy to stay on. But it is also because of the encouragement and help from the three amazing ladies who work there. It was a monthly charge which was charged to your credit card or checking account. When I finished my last program with them, I was NEVER told you needed to e mail the company to stop the charges and cancel. A temp happened to inform me. I e- mailed the company BUT they continued to charge my credit card. After numerous attempts to contact the company I disputed the charges with my bank. I finally did talk to some one in the corporate office and they admitted to charging in error but they still continued to take the money out. IT TOOK MONTHS before I got my money back. NEVER EVER again will I go to LINDORA. My daughter-in-law renewed her program around the same time as I did because we were informed the clinic in Monrovia was going to be opened and my daughter-in-law works in Arcadia. She can not get to the W. Covina office before she has to go to work and gets off too late to go after work. WELL, Traci lied to us and the Monrovia clinic NEVER opened and probably never had any intentions of opening. That was just another program sold by Traci. My daughter-in-law was able to go twice in that year. Each month over $100.00 wasted because they wanted to sell a program. NEVER EVER will I go back to that office. read more

The staff is so warm and friendly, they are supportive and not judgmental no matter what the scale says!
