The answers were swift and pretty much uncaring in a way. I was a little disappointed at the service and response I received when I called in and wanted to return the pads that I ordered. I explained I would not need them and was told at first you were not taking anything back due to the Covid 19 and as I continued to talk the young lady finally decided to check with her supervisor and came back with the only way to get them returned was to pay for the cost of the return shipping (not sure if it would have been the 15.00 to send them). I have ordered from you for awhile and to not even be offered a courtesy return since we do purchase a nice amount was rather disappointing. I will not be making anymore purchases and would not recommend this company to any of my friends. Customer retention and extending a better hand at handling this issue would have been a much better way to do business.

I had to return my wheelchair, and I was charged $450 just for a restocking fee.After everything I experienced, I feel completely done with this company.
