Full story - we had to get a sleep study for my son. The process itself was not bad and I would have probably given this place 4-5 stars based on the experience there. Where the trouble starts was after I got the sleep study report. It said my son had obstructive apnea. However, when I went to an ENT for follow up, she noticed the pages in the study where the obstructive apnea data was showed 0s in those categories. So though the report said one thing, the data didn't support it. When I called customer support to get clarity, the told me that they couldn't contact the physician who did the report. Instead my pediatrician would have to put in the request on my behalf. My pediatrician did so and got no response. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager, they said they would have one call me back. This never happened. Repeated attempts by me and my pediatrician have gotten us nowhere. I filed a grievance with my insurer to get my money refunded (around 1200) since the study is useless at this point. Also, I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. This is ridiculous. All they needed to do was to ask the physician who did the study to answer my question and this could have all been avoided. Instead now, after months of frustration and a hefty chunk of cash spent, I will have to get the study redone to figure out what's going on with my son. Avoid the hassle and find another place that has some quality customer support.

I would have appreciated first hand while booking an appointment here and prior to wasting my drive and time, a notification that this facility isn't capable of taking in special needs. He thoroughly explained everything. He made me feel relaxed and confident that I could trust him to monitor me while I slept. The facility is in Redlands, in a residential neighborhood and it's quiet and feels safe. They even have Netflix to watch as you settle in to sleep. The facility might consider to partner with a Sleep Number Store to provide a custom sleep experience for a patient because some people prefer a firm or soft mattress. Again, for me the bed was baby bear perfect in the middle.. They could offer a discount if someone bought a sleep number bed after doing a sleep study. Make sure you keep Alex a happy employee. It's rare for a company to find someone that does their job so well and makes the customer happy. A (5 ) employee rating!

It was so cold that even after extra blankets, I shivered all night long. Since I could sleep comfortably, I wonder what the point of the accuracy (or validity) of my sleep study report is. The report was vague and lacked specific details or severity of the diagnosis. My doctor was unable to explain. Thus, I called them for more explanation. The first two calls were never followed up with any action. When I called the third time, I was told that the reports are done by a contracted outside doctor (vendor) and they can try. Again, I never received any details or even a phone call. It was a waste of time and money for unprofessional and incompetent service. Thanks for nothing!

We gave a call on Friday, and John was here Monday afternoon. Turned out to be an easy fix with the remote control. John was very friendly and helpful. We have referred family members and friends to them. Everyone who purchased from them is very pleased. Word of advice: Stay away from Lazyboy lift chairs.
