Try My Guy Nelson…read more Great service from A-Z. Highly recommended by my Toyota service advisor, Nelson is hands down a very experienced and stand up guy, My Guy! Specializing in Toyota and Scion, he is very knowledgeable in what your car needs to run smoothly. From making the appointment to reviewing prices for repairs to completion, Nelson was on point with every recommendation made. He brought out the old parts and showed me exactly what was going on and why it needed replacing. A tiny shop accomodating only a couple cars at a time you will have his full attention. No fancy waiting room but he will go out of his way to make you feel comfortable while you wait in his office. A few restaurants in the area that are walking distance if waiting for repairs to be completed. A short uber ride to Sandy Hook also. Highly recommend My Guy Nelson Auto Repairs.

I had my Toyota Highlander towed from Toms River last Sunday. I have only owned it for a year but am very attached to it. I love driving it one of the best cars I have owned. I did some research and when a friend of mine did some investigating I was thinking it was over. Too soon. When Nelson got ahold of it he knew just what to do. He got the parts he needed Wednesday and finished it Thursday night. It even entailed pulling the engine from the car. He had to change the cam gears. While it was out he recommended the water pump be changed which he did. There was an oil cooler line that was part rubber that was known to fail got changed. New thermostat and anti-freeze. He also did an oil change, rotated my tires and did a four wheel alignment. How one person could accomplish so much in a short amount of time is truly mind boggling. Nelson has my business from now on. I highly recommend him to others. Nelson is a Japanese and South Korean car repair specialist but does work on some domestic cars as well. His attention to detail is exquisite plus he has a very nice down to earth personality and of course great work ethic. Thank you Nelson for really caring and taking care of my Highlander and next my Honda Pilot.

Of course they'll offer to change your air filter, but only if it actually needs it (pro tip, it takes 2 seconds to do yourself for a lot less). I had just replaced mine and they said "air filter looks good". I appreciate the honesty really. There is a coupon on their website usually to take $5 off, every bit helps right? They are always very friendly and you are never waiting long. I think the longest I've waited was maybe 30 minutes, tops. Definitely a great spot to get your oil changed.

As I was almost…read more1,000 miles from home, I didn't want to wait until I returned home, so I chose to go to Fastrack based on the reviews of other Yelpers. I gave Fastrack a call to check out their wait time, and though it was less than 30 minutes the afternoon I called, I was told that if I came first thing in the morning, it would likely be quicker. So taking that advice, I arrived just past opening time the following morning. I received a very friendly greeting upon my arrival, my information was taken, and my car was quickly taken to the bay for service. I was told that I was welcome to coffee or cocoa, all of which were available in a very clean looking coffee station area. I liked that they offered about six varieties of single serve coffee which you made fresh for yourself. Also in the comfortable waiting area, was a nice play area for little kids, which also looked very clean and organized. As I was the first car in to the shop that day, my service was quick. From the time I first walked in, to the time my keys were handed back to me, was just about 18 minutes. The guys seemed to do a great job, and my car was clean and neat just as it had been before they worked on it. I definitely recommend, and I would return to this Fastrack if I was in the area again and needing service.

I told you what was wrong with my car you fucking wrote the same thing down I told you was wrong with my car. l didn't need a scan as I told you when I called I just had work done on the car at the dealership they did a scan then. When I called you should have told me it was 198 to just look at my car because I never would have went. Called Infiniti for the transmission flush that I told you I needed you didn't diagnose shit. They want $239 to do it. I should have stuck with the dealership that is transparent and don't take advantage of women. And No not every charges to look at a car my in town mechanic doesn't' and neither does dealerships if you get the work done there. and you didn't spend 3 hours on my car because we drove to your shop multiple times with my car outside and you were nowhere to be found. I am telling people my experience so they can decide for themselves or know because you don't say it on the phone when I called the first time the price to look at the car should be the very first thing you say to a customer Because like I said I would have took it elsewhere $211 to be told what I told you was wrong with my car a joke and the transmission flush is pretty much the same price and the dealership you rob people.
