I gave Fastrack a call to check out their wait time, and though it was less than 30 minutes the afternoon I called, I was told that if I came first thing in the morning, it would likely be quicker. So taking that advice, I arrived just past opening time the following morning. I received a very friendly greeting upon my arrival, my information was taken, and my car was quickly taken to the bay for service. I was told that I was welcome to coffee or cocoa, all of which were available in a very clean looking coffee station area. I liked that they offered about six varieties of single serve coffee which you made fresh for yourself. Also in the comfortable waiting area, was a nice play area for little kids, which also looked very clean and organized. As I was the first car in to the shop that day, my service was quick. From the time I first walked in, to the time my keys were handed back to me, was just about 18 minutes. The guys seemed to do a great job, and my car was clean and neat just as it had been before they worked on it. I definitely recommend, and I would return to this Fastrack if I was in the area again and needing service.

The owner told her to come back after things were back to normal. The mechanic shop was always open and they took care of a flat tire for me once and didn't take my money. I tipped the guy well and he remembered me every time I popped in for gas. Unfortunately they are closed down now. Let's hope the next owner is as nice as the previous family.
