From the moment I called them for a quote until I picked up the car, communication was spot on. Even with a bunch of people out sick, John the owner called me and met me when I dropped the car off. A few days later I was promptly contacted about the price of some additional items and gave the okay for the work. I didn't get to meet Jason, the tech who worked on my car, but I can tell from the craftsmanship he knew what he was doing. I'm meticulous when it comes how I work on my car, and it looks like Jason is also. Since I was so far, Nick took time out of his DAY OFF to meet me to pick up the car. Untrustworthy, deceptive pricing - I would never use this shop again or recommend them…read more I had a minor transmission pan gasket leak, so I brought the car in and even provided the correct replacement gasket as this is a classic car and I was charged for 2.4 hours of labor for a simple transmission pan gasket replacement that shouldn't take more than an hour tops. The next morning almost half the transmission fluid had leaked onto my garage floor. I brought the car back and was told there were other leaks that they missed, and I would get a call that afternoon with an estimate for the repair, but no one called. I followed up the next day and was assured that I would get a call and still no call. I went to another garage, and it turns out the bolts on the rear of the pan were not tightened properly. If I had not seen the leak and driven the car any distance the transmission would've blown.

Every time I go to Honda to get oil change, Honda says I need other services. I recently went to Honda dealership the other day for wheel alignment. They say I need to replace my rear brake pads. Which sounds about right because last time I replaced them was 3 years ago. Honda wanted to charge $399 to replace rear brake pads and resurface the rotors. I didn't bother to ask how much to get new rotors because I know they will add at least another $700 base on my previous experience with them. I call Auto City and he quoted me $400 for brakes and brand new rotors. Services I had here over the years: replace spark plugs, replace transmission oil, replace brake oil, replace coolant, replace drive belt, replace brakes and rotors, replace front wheel axle, check AC for freon leaks, and recharge the freon.
