The last time I had an oil change they ran the codes and told me that I would have to get my entire catalytic converter and leaky radiator replaced or I would fail my next inspection, and quoted me $2300. So when the check engine light popped at EXACTLY the right time to cause my inspection to fail, I panicked and assumed that I would have to throw a ton of money at my poor little car to keep it street legal... ...enter Bradley's Auto Service, who diagnosed it as a simple exhaust leak. For less than the price of what AAA quoted me for the radiator alone they repaired the leak, replaced the radiator, and re-inspected the car (it passed this time, wooohooo!) in one afternoon. Now I don't have to worry about being pulled over, having poor commuters get stuck behind me while merging on the parkway because it takes fifteen minutes to get up enough inertia to go the speed limit, or waking up the whole neighborhood while driving down the street. And the whole thing has stopped shaking like it's about to explode which is a nice perk too I guess. Thank you Bradley's Auto! I am eternally grateful for your honesty and efficiency. They provided us with very thorough service records and a carfax. Dave also made sure that he oversupplied us with paperwork so that we wouldn't have any issues with the DMV in Mass upon our return. Highly recommend this dealership, both brothers run a class act operation here. Wish we had more of these family type dealerships in Massachusetts.

I asked Robert, apparently the manager of this place (?) if he could install the bulb, and he said it would take an hour and a half and cost about $150.00. Intuitively, this felt very wrong - so I went to get a second opinion at AZ One Stop Service Center in Neptune, where I was greeted by a very polite fellow who said he would install the bulb for $20.00, and it would only take a few moments. Needless to say, Robert Bell of B&A Quick Lube Auto Repair is both lacking in manners, and business ethics and I would never go near that establishment again. Unfortunate, because the Sunoco attendants are actually quite nice. Whatever you do, DO NOT take your car here for service, and be sure to get a second opinion if you're considering it, because these people are thieves.

Top notch service! I…read morehave brought 2 different vehicles to Rayco and have had nothing but great service! Had tires put on my 2005 Hyundai Elantra commuter car. They had to order the size I needed and they had them in no time! Came back to get them put on less than a hour before they closed and they got me right in and got them mounted and installed. I then brought them my 2018 Silverado 1500 that needed a front end alignment. Since I leveled the front it can be tricky to get the alignment right and I had a bad experience with a "Big Box Tire Shop." But not at Rayco they nailed the alignment and it's back to being a smooth ride again! Will be back again!

I said...i just told you what it was. So he looks up God knows what and says "$2500 or $1100. Just for the part because its connected to your catalytic converter " "No. It isnt. My intake manifold is not attached to anything dude" He proceeds to tell me how he "isn't an asshole"..but that "this here is the part..attached to your CC" I roll my eyes and said..."that's my exhaust manifold. I never even mentioned exhaust. Thank you for your time. Im leaving" "No. Um. Well I have your info if you need us" "I wont" Took car to another very reputable shop...free diagnostics. I was right and it was fixed for AT LEAST Half..the price Rayco quoted me. The part? $300 Diagnostics $0 So right there...I saved $950 Quit messing with women. Some of us come from a long line of mechanical people. I know the difference between an intake manifold...and...an exhaust. Besides the $800 price difference in the parts. They honestly thought...that i would pay..that much money FOR THE WRONG PART. AND THEN WHAT??? $400+ FOR THE RIGHT ONE? I should report this to the BBB.. Oh...and Jacob(the owner. His phone was off and he was unavailable to give authority do a diagnostic for free..but that is ok I learned my lesson..for free...because I'm not just a female...I know what I'm looking at under a hood of a car. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Acting like you are doing people a good service...and the guys in the garage bay are using all kinds of colorful words...and attempting to screw over a woman.
