I am very knowledgeable of supplements, good food, choices, exercise, etc. The PA I met with, continually referenced her mother's breast cancer, which she noted recurred six times, and commented about her nearly the entire hour. Not very encouraging. When I told her, I already knew the things she was writing on the whiteboard, she didn't really seem to have much of a plan. I understand the process of getting blood work to see where my numbers are. But I also brought a notebook full of information, indicating my blood work from only 4 1/2 months ago, which she didn't even look at. I repeatedly told her I did not have blood pressure, blood, sugar, cholesterol, or any other medical issues. That the only medication I take is a hormone blocker since the breast cancer and mastectomy. The breast cancer hit me out of left field, and I do have a genetic mutation. She mentioned the IV therapy, which again, was not something I was seeking. I had a preventative style doctor up until a month before I was diagnosed with cancer because she retired. She was a former ER physician. This experience didn't even come close to the knowledge of my previous physician. Not to mention, I was not offered an opportunity to see the Doctor who oversees this facility. It's doubtful I will return

Extremely shady business practices and terrible customer service from the owner, Bryan. I was…read moresigned up for a membership without being given a copy of the contract, and I was never informed of how the payment process would work. I have no recollection of signing anything that stated my card would be placed on a recurring auto-charge. Furthermore, I was never informed on how or when I was allowed to use my next session. I was left under the impression that it worked by the calendar month--meaning June was a fresh start--but they are now claiming it goes strictly by the specific date the contract was initiated. ​I explicitly called the business yesterday to confirm that I could come in today for my June session and was told yes. However, while I was actively hooked up to the IV today and the bag was already halfway gone, the staff blindsided me by stating this session would not count toward June and I had to pay for it separately. ​After the staff spoke with the owner, they led me to believe they were going to let this session count for June after all. I have a (legal) audio recording of the staff explicitly stating, 'We're gonna have to charge you today for June,' and confirming that I would only have one final payment/visit left in July to complete the 3-month commitment. However, they then proceeded to tell me that they were going to charge my card today and still hit me with the automatic recurring payment on June 20th as well. Because that math absolutely did not add up in my head, I requested to speak to the owner directly to clarify what was happening. ​That is when I spoke to Bryan on the phone and he was incredibly rude, dismissive, and had a major attitude. He directly contradicted his own staff, telling me he was still going to have the recurring charge hit my account on June 20th and again in July along with the charge for today. He told me he needed to speak to his staff first to verify what I was told yesterday and that he would call me back with an outcome. Instead of calling me back, they immediately pushed a $116.75 charge through to my card. I have called and texted requesting copies of the documents I signed, and they are refusing to provide them. ​To make matters worse, I am locked into paying for two more mandatory monthly sessions before I can even cancel this membership. I do not feel safe or comfortable even stepping foot back into this business after how I was treated today, yet I am being forced to keep paying them. Buyer beware--the owner will completely go back on what his staff promises you in the room. Zero transparency, manipulative tactics, and awful management.
