Was just recently there with my 97 year old grandmother I had asked them to get a urine to see if she had a UTI the first nurse and Doctor were very cooperative they said they would absolutely get a urine until another lady came in and said due to my grandmother's age it didn't matter what the urine showed they weren't going to see her anyway now my understanding is they're not allowed to refuse treatment for any reason but they did we were told to leave very angry to say the least read more

I unfortunately cut my index finger while cutting wood. I called MedExpress Moon Township and asked if they could "stitch me up". No problem, come on in, we are not too busy at this time. Once I arrived it was all 5-star service. I waited a short time and was then cared for by an excellent staff! Ultimately I received 6 stitches in my finger, administered by Katie, the on site nurse practitioner. I was then bandaged, given a tetanus shot and sent on my way. I experienced a finger injury and sought assistance at the Moon Township MedExpress Urgent Care facility. I did not pre schedule but was able to see Dr. Moreale with only a ten minute wait. Dr. Moreale, X-Ray technician, Kathy, and Helen at the receptionist desk were all very helpful. My results were sent to my home email within hours. From my experience at this center, I can provide an excellent rating for the service provided. read more

I scheduled an appointment for 1:30pm, they told me they wouldn't be ready until 2:30pm for me. So, I went and waited in my car and came back in at 2:15, only for them to tell me they had already passed me over in the waiting list. They did not give me any updates about when I would be let in. read more

The absolute worst place ever. I know things are crazy with Covid but .... When you have to play luck of the draw to get through on the phone system to be scheduled from the parking lot it is beyond ridiculous. Got there before they open and started calling at 8 am. When it goes through I get the message "sorry we are busy hang up and try us again". I tried over 80 times. When I finally get a person to answer I'm told they are full. Seriously??!!! I did this for 30 min and watched people who were there after me go in! Maybe do a drive through system or how about you have a holding system like most other businesses. Or how about out a sign in sheet outside with a marker. This place is a joke. read more

went in and people were nice at the desk and quick to help but was quickly turned over to dr that did a Covid test and flu that came back negative but never saw her to get the results. in came a pa and they just said negative to both and that it was a viral infection without looking at my throat, feeling lymp nodes, or ears. I think they did look in my nose quick. they said it was a little early for the quick Covid to be 100% so they could send in a lab but they had no idea how long that would take. they suggested I do a Covid test in the morning at home and I would have results faster. all this neglect with some that has had 2 heart attacks, diabetic and had been running 103 to 104 temp for the last 3 nights. just was a worthless visit that I will have to pay for that I should not. read more

I had to get a physical and there was a long wait, but there was tons of people, so it is understandable. The staff was very polite and professional. I went there years ago also to have a piece of wood removed from my hand and the Doctor was great. I recommend them. read more

If you wanna wait 2 1/2 hours to be seen this is the place for you. Came here for a simple covid test. People are outta there cars walking around the building because they are tired of waiting, another family walked down the street to Pizza Hut and got food to eat in the parking lot. I was very sick this week (Monday) and I went to Medexpess on University Blvd and they took excellent care of me. Starting with the lady at the front desk, she had a very soft and soothing voice. Next was the lady that did my paper work she was very nice and helpful. Then I went in to see the nurse and she does my vitals and asks me some questions. Finally I get to see Dr. Wheeler. She was the nicest doctor I have seen in one of the urgent care places in along time. The nurse that came in for my breathing treatment was so very sweet and she also is the one that took me for chest xrays. My total care there was 100% acceptable. I would go back to this urgent care. read more

The doctors were great, but the woman at the front desk was nothing but ignorant, condescending and mean. While I was in the waiting room she did nothing but make fun of callers after she got off the phone with them, was rude to walk ins, people who don't have insurance and every other person she found a reason to have an issue with. She didn't want to look anything up in the computer and was bothered by the fact that she had to do work.
