Well about a month ago I tried to make an appointment and I was told very rudely that she is no longer with the practice, when I asked where she went they rudely told me that she is just no longer with the practice. Later on my husband had to call for his DOT certification and wanted to speak with Dr Kirby's nurse. The front end staff refused to transfer him, and when he asked when he could speak with her, they hung up on him. this truly makes me sad but like her I must move on and find myself a new doctor. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. You really need to have a better front end because first impressions are everything! DR KIRBY!! You are so missed by many patients and as for me, I hope all is well with you.

She did what alot if providers don't do she EDUCATES she didn't just tell me what was happening but why and why my home treatments went working or why they just arnt enough. (Forgive me, I think the MA was Alyssa? I can't hear well right now so I think this was her name) she was so great, when she administered the injection I didn't even feel it! I was increadably pleased with my visit today, and I'm sure I'll be feeling better in no time! And I made it out of the office today remedies and all, LESS THAN $100!!! As a self pay visit, this is great to my wallet! I was in and out in 45 minutes! I feel comfortable chatting with any and all of them and they even take time to share with me about their own children as I am an educator !
