He refused to look me or my wife in the eye, never introduced himself, and physically hurt me. I am bruised from where he wrapped my arm SO tightly with a band to insert my IV. The band tightness was actually more painful than my kidney stone and sepsis, the reason for my visit. I begged for relief and so did my wife. I twisted and moaned and cried in pain. He said nothing. This was completely awful, emotionally scarring, and I cannot believe this man is allowed to practice medicine when he does not care about the patient's comfort. I wouldn't recommend going here if you even might look a little gay.

We had just come from one in South Arlington on Arbrook that we would have waited 2 hours and there were 60 appointments ahead of us. And the staff were rather rude. Anyway, quest is good for blood a urine draws, they also offer tests that you might need like strep, flu, etc. Anyhow, there are many Quest locations around DFW. I prefer this one. I highly recommend downloading the app and using it to make a reservation. They do take walk ins as well. I have never had a bad experience at this Quest (my experiences have been for post physical blood draws and a strep test in once). They have a waiting room with 10 chairs and two check in kiosks. Their staff has always treated me friendly and with respect, (and I should mention that respect is a two way street). Anyway, the quality of care has been great in my opinion. So I hope if you need to is Quest's services that you have a positive experience as well.

They…read morehave been so wonderful to my husband and myself. most of the front end staff are ok too aside from a few of them are pretty rude, but I'm able to get past that because I've always loved Dr Kirby. Well about a month ago I tried to make an appointment and I was told very rudely that she is no longer with the practice, when I asked where she went they rudely told me that she is just no longer with the practice. Later on my husband had to call for his DOT certification and wanted to speak with Dr Kirby's nurse. The front end staff refused to transfer him, and when he asked when he could speak with her, they hung up on him. this truly makes me sad but like her I must move on and find myself a new doctor. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. You really need to have a better front end because first impressions are everything! DR KIRBY!! You are so missed by many patients and as for me, I hope all is well with you.

They make it horribly hard to make an appt and if their app says someone will get back to u about an appt that never happens. They are Sneaky and don't bother to let you know your Dr left and just reschedule you w someone else without asking you first. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy
