Luckily Breeze Urgent Care was here to save the day! I made an appointment about an hour before I went, and once I got there I was in-and-out in less than 30 minutes. The facility was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the nurse practitioner, Mary. They sent the antibiotics to my pharmacy immediately, meaning it only took me a little over an hour to receive care and get my medication. I thought about just doing teledoc, I have insurance. They do not accept insurance here. The only reason I come here is that it's usually fairly quick and easy care. This experience may be the reason that I won't come back. The entire clinic is pin drop quiet and I'm in here watching movies waiting for service.

He refused to look me or my wife in the eye, never introduced himself, and physically hurt me. I am bruised from where he wrapped my arm SO tightly with a band to insert my IV. The band tightness was actually more painful than my kidney stone and sepsis, the reason for my visit. I begged for relief and so did my wife. I twisted and moaned and cried in pain. He said nothing. This was completely awful, emotionally scarring, and I cannot believe this man is allowed to practice medicine when he does not care about the patient's comfort. I wouldn't recommend going here if you even might look a little gay.

I felt…read morelike the doctor was trying to keep me longer than necessary and he even made me wait a very long time before he'd come check me for discharge even though no other patient was there. I waited to leave a review because I wanted to see what my insurance was charged. Over $40k! I have good insurance so thank goodness for that but holy cow! I'm glad I wasn't dying! That bill comes out to over $10k per hour. That's nuts!
