Joe was so amazing on each occasion. He brings a real depth of care and focus to his work. The first time I met with Joe, it was to discuss how I wanted to capture the moment I popped the question to my then girlfriend. I left my first conversation with Joe feeling great and that I 100% trusted him to capture this precious moment. He came up with great ideas for how to really capture the moment and the results were amazing. Most importantly, my now wife loved the photos :) So, we used Joe for our wedding and the results were exactly the same: Stunning, beautiful photographs that captured so many amazing moments from our wedding day. Instead of addressing my concerns, he tried to convince me that the photos were good. I'm a paying Customer. Customers are always right. When I asked about scheduling a reshoot, he stopped responding altogether. The photo session also took place in a small apartment with no air conditioning. At one point I said, "I'm sweating buckets in here!" and he replied, "Well, it's summer you should be wearing shorts and a tank top." I found that comment unprofessional. I chose my outfit because it was what | wanted to wear for the photo shoot, and I didn't appreciate being told what I should have been wearing. Overall, I was disappointed not only with the final photos but also with how my concerns were handled and the lack of communication afterward.
