I've had the same VIZIO for ~10 years and decided to get a new TV this week. Ended up getting a 65" Samsung OLED (S90DD) at COSTCO. Opened the box and noticed how thin it was so I barely even felt comfortable flipping the TV over because I didn't want to snap it. My brother and I were trying to figure out how to wrangle this beast and mount it on the wall using a $5 stud finder. Once we mounted it, it fell right off but luckily we caught it... We were working on it for a solid 3 - 4 hours. Anyways once it fell and realizing it was midnight I decided I needed some professional help so my brother referred me to Steve. I sent MediaVerge a message around midnight Wednesday night and heard back from him first thing in the morning. He came through a few hours later right on time. It took him less than 30 minutes to reinstall the brackets that I installed incorrectly, install the mount, and mount the TV. This saved me so much time/frustration and the pricing was a very reasonable rate (better than all the others I considered by far). I had a simple service, unmount a 65" tv. Though Steve specializes in designing and mounting tvs and systems, he gladly accepted the job. Upon arrival, Steve was genuinely super friendly and eager to begin work, fast and efficient. He suggested twice that the tv, partly in a tv box, should have a blanket over its bubble wrap as extra protection. I agreed and Steve put in the extra work and time that easily could have passed. Steve also gave me a discount, not a given, after he finished. Steve wall mounted a 55" and a 65" TV in my home. There was already a tube in the wall to hide cables for the 65", but not for the 55". He did a great job routing the Ethernet cable for the 55" through the wall so it's not visible. Steve had brackets of varying types and sizes for sale at a reasonable price to meet any mounting need. Those installs were so nice and clean that I had him come back out to wall mount a 32" TV. The power cable for that TV wasn't long enough to reach the wall outlet, but he had one long enough to do the job. Given the positions of the TV and the outlet in a corner of the room, sending the power cable through the wall wasn't an option. But Steve had cord concealer that prevented an ugly, dangling cord. He came to the job with everything necessary for high quality, professional installation. Can't recommend his services enough. read more
