He arrived right on time, put on booties to protect floors, assessed the area, asked the right questions to fully understand needs while recommending solutions, was precise with his measurements, educated me and explained what the most optimal route should be, and then efficiently completed the work. He used a Dustbuster after he finished and cleaned up everything. This mounting job was not the most straight forward (65" needed to be mounted w/ an articulating (swivel) mount and remain at an angle against a corner in the room) and needed to cover the outlet and the mount. He even fastened the mount with extra support (he probably read the room with me asking him 5 times if it's secure because I have a toddler who runs around that area, so THANK YOU, Steve)! :-) He should charge a lot more so get him before he does-- because it would be worth every dime if he quadrupled his rate. He was able to navigate the "Rolando / El Cerrito 45 degree fire wall break" (apparently common in older houses in my area) so that the wires would hide inside the wall. It wasn't easy, but he handled it without complaints and had the tools to get it done.
