On my most recent visit, I checked in around 2:40 PM and was informed that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me that day. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, though, and they referred me to another nearby location. Unfortunately, when I arrived there, the line was even longer, and they were unable to fit me in as well. Despite that experience, I still prefer getting my labs done at this Walgreens because the process is usually quick and efficient. Check-in is simple, and when timing works out, I'm generally in and out without any hassle. A few helpful tips for first-time visitors..... -Bring your photo ID and insurance card. -If you have a lab requisition from your physician, bring it with you. -If your provider submitted the order electronically, they can typically pull it up in their system. I've never had any issues receiving my lab results, and the staff have always been professional and courteous. My only suggestion would be to consider accommodating patients who have already checked in before the cutoff time, especially those who arrive before the 15-minute mark leading up to closing. It can be disappointing to complete the check-in process only to learn there isn't enough time to be seen. Overall, this is still one of my preferred locations for lab work because of the friendly staff and efficient service. If you're in the area and need labs done, just plan to arrive early and you should have a smooth experience. As always, you can thank me later!

Apparently it didn't register after I submitted my info but that's okay, I still had to wait about 20 more minutes. I was there at least an hour after my appointment. I understand they were short staff but it would have been nice to not have to wait that long. I have to say though they were very nice to me and I was very patient.

Do not process auto refills ??? They do not initiate the basic things such as prior authorization or refill authorization. Their attitude is literally the worst I've ever experienced. They are outright disrespectful of patients. A couple of their pharmacists should be fired. I had my new pharmacy call them to initiate the transfer of my medication profile. They did not only that, but successfully processed my prescription (that didn't actually need a prior authorization) and called me personally to inform me of the status. Funny thing... it's another CVS. CVS pharmacy on Campo should be shut down. The rest of the store can stay, but this last experience was one bad too many with them. Never again.

Ignored basic greeting, talks to you like you're stupid, and then ignores you when even after her disgusting behavior, you tell her to take care and have a nice day. Don't work in customer service if you're such a rude and miserable person. I've been a quiet and loyal customer here, this interaction with her was enough to make me not want to come back. We all have bad days, but her attitude was just gross. Do better, treat people better, talk to people better, especially when in the face of your disrespect, they remain kind. - After reading other reviews, it's apparent this location needs to better train their employees in customer service. My experience with Norma was horrible, and it seems others have had negative experiences with other employees. Train your employees and NORMA especially better, there is no reason to be disgustingly rude. So disappointed and frankly embarrassed at her behavior.

I received two texts from them saying they had my prescriptions ready. Neither was ready. One they knew nothing about and the other they did not have a record of the 5 refills. I will never set foot in this CVS (or any other CVS for that matter) again. I am now going on my third day without my epilepsy meds. Just staying home waiting for a seizure to start - hopefully not. It will be a few days before CZS "might" get my refills corrected. Stay far, far away from this incompetent pharmacy if your medicines are anything more than aspirin. They left me sitting around waiting to seize up. That's just so much fun (NOT). I moved to Sav-On in Albertson until I get this straight since CVS can't do anything right. I was in customer service for 34 years and I know this is not the way it should be nor do I think it is exceptable. I have tried to give him the benefit of doubt, we all have bad days. Not this guy. I have no complaints about anyone else in the pharmacy, everyone else is pleasant, look you in the eye when you are talking with them and generally seem to care.
