I was told that there was a place that cost about $25 a week that will help you lose weight. I was skeptical at first because I heard that there were supplements and shots and such. This is the place to go if you want to loose some weight. I lost almost 40 pounds because of Long Beach Medical Weight Control clinic. I love the location and how fast you can get in and out. I do not like how every time I go in it seems like there is a whole different staff. I get comfortable with a staff and come back and everyone is gone and new people are there which is not good because the newbies do not know all the information and prices to some products like the old ones did, And also the old staff would keep coupons up on their website. I've been coming here for about 2 months now. The staff is so polite and attentive! The program is affordable and works, but it's not a "quick fix" scheme. You do have to put in your own effort and make good dietary choices and exercise. The program helps to supplement diet and exercise for people who have slower metabolisms or are having difficulty getting into a diet and exercise routine. In my case, I work night shift and am seemingly always craving sugar and carbs due to my lack of sleep and constant shifting of my sleep cycle. The weekly program definitely helps to curb those cravings. I rarely even feel the injections when the staff administers them. There's almost never any wait, and if there is, I've only had to wait about 10 minutes at the most. I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes every week.
