This place is a complete scam. Do not believe that your insurance will cover any charges because the paperwork they provide is incomplete and does not have the necessary codes that any insurance company needs to reimburse you. When i reached out to Kim, they gave me the runaround, they lied about emailing any and all receipts to me, and even with Anthem Blue Cross reaching out to them to assist me with my claim, Olivia in their office refused an email from Judith Boothe at Anthem to list what is needed and rectify the situation. So now I am fighting to get reimbursed over $1,000 and they simply will not cooperate. This place is a scam and my next step is reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

This place is ridiculous. I have bought a groupon. First visit , standing at the counter 10-15 minutes no one comes. The cashier in the food center watching me, no greeting, nothing. I am standing at the front counter like a fool. 15-20 minutes later the cashier comes over, she's the nurse! Would never know. Not dressed professionally, overweight. Ok. Ten , fifteen more more minutes the nurse calls me in for the shot. Jams the thing in my arm. I am asking about the program. She says a counselor would have to explain it. So I ask can I talk to one? Her response well while your here, I will see if she can talk to you... REALLY?!?!? Second visit... the nurse breaks the needle and says " I hate these needles they are so cheap! " I will get you another one. " I am so sorry " " I am so sorry " As she is grabbing paper towels to wipe up the contents on the needle that has spilled and is making its way down to my elbow. All over my arm , what a mess. Then she responds "ok your done ". I thought the needle broke??? The good news is that if you follow their program you will quickly lose a large amount of weight. I followed their program SO well that I lost 40 lbs and my gallbladder. That's right- I had to have emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder. I learned afterwards (via my extensive internet research) that this is actually a common medical issue known to occur whenever you consume no fat and lose weight rapidly. Was I warned of this risk? No. Is there a way to avoid this complication? YES- by consuming healthy fats OR ursodeooxycholic acid while dieting. OH I almost forgot the part about where if you have to miss an appointment, even if you call and tell them ahead of time, they try to charge you a $25 fee. After having already paid them THOUSANDS. What a rip off! I signed up for the 12 week plan which was around $1500.00. They advertise it as a doctor & nutritionist working side by side with you. The owner Kim, says they work their butt off to get you to your goal. Well not knowing I had to spend an extra $100.00 to buy their horrible food i.e. juice, jerky, broth & hot chocolate. And they will not let you back out & give you the remaining balance of your money! Don't let them fool you! You meet the doctor only when you have your consult, you won't hear from him again. Every weekly one on one was horrible. The owner would barge in & ask the girls about paperwork, not even a hello sometimes.
