My review is based on my experience at the photo counter. When I walked up to the photo counter, the employee greeted me and I told her I was there to pick up a free 8x10 photo (if you're a Walgreens rewards member, every so often they give you an offer code for a free 8x10 photo with no purchase necessary) and also to drop off my FedEx return. She completely understood the 2-part mission and quickly retrieved my photo. Then, she asked me to input my phone number on this hand held scanner type thing, which I did, then she scanned my return and I was all done. I immediately received a text acknowledging my return and it gave me tracking options. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. Being this is considered one of the drop offs for FedEx returns, I found it really simple and easy.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with!!! Call prescriptions in 5 to 7 days early…read morebecause it can't be put on auto refill because it's considered a controlled substance and I tell them it has to be ordered so they have enough to fill it but then they always call us and tell us that they only have enough for a partial and they'll have to order it and it will be 2 or 3 days. Been doing this for almost 4 years now. I'm going to be looking into a new pharmacy for ALL of our prescriptions. I will never recommend this pharmacy!!!!

Now that they have rolled out whatever Walmart+ is, one lane is dedicated to only them. No matter what time of day I go in the shelves look like they need to be stocked. For the company that essentially invented "Just In Time" inventory practices, they really need to update their inventory needs. I often find bits of trash in places around the store as well. Paint counter is pretty much never manned, and by the time someone comes by it is a person who knows nothing about paint. It really feels like this particular store doesn't want me to come in.

He said that they had a policy that they couldn't sell alcohol unless the other items in the order were more than $35. I was not given an option other than taking the nonalcoholic items or taking nothing. The app didn't show this as a policy. I have placed online orders at other Walmart stores for just alcohol and have not had any issues when picking them up. Why does this store have different policies than other Spokane stores? Why don't they inform the customer before they make the trip to pick up the order?

He was friendly, had my ill mother laughing, which in itself was a blessing. His extensive knowledge of the equipment and it's benefits were invaluable. My mom had a rest on the new bed shortly after he left and said it was the best sleep she has had in 2 months! Jason was amazing giving us his card and letting us know who to contact if we have any issues. He deserves to be employee of the month and a generous raise for his competency and compassion shown!

I said are you saying I shouldn't get this? He mumbled that's why I asked if doctor said to cuz it doesn't do you any good. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me figure out what to do to get my insurance to cover the prescription for me. Even to the point of covering the cost for me until I could get a primary to write the prescription refill. I am beyond grateful for their help ! I highly recommend using their pharmacy if your insurance works with them.

Suddenly, we are told we cannot use a passport and they have never allowed it, stating it is (their policy). Last time I picked up a prescription I was informed that yes you were allowed to use a passport. When I asked about the policy, I was informed it was never their policy not to allow the use of a passport as an acceptable source of identification? hmmmm. Very interesting since it happened to be the very same employee, Maddie, who was the one stating we could not use the passport.... When I asked her specifically about that situation, she couldn't remember.... There have also been too many instances when I call and am informed a prescription is available, only to find out when I go in to pick it up that it is not ready? I am happy not to deal with their customer service failure anymore!

Walked all the way across the store with me to aggressively explain how the advertisement of the products work. As a customer I don't really care. If I see something that looks to be on sale and I want it, I'll buy it. When she walked me through the store she said that if she agreed that the advertisement was misleading she would honor the price. She also said multiple time that many people had thought this item was on sale today. Then when we got to the product she continued to aggressively explain how the advertisement of sale items works. Since she refused to honor the advertised price I grabbed cheaper items to exchange. When I got back up to the customer service counter she was very passive aggressive about the exchange. Whole experience put a sour taste in my mouth. I used to enjoy this Walmart as it's clean and organized and well stocked compared to the one closer to me, but after this experience I won't be returning.
