Oh man oh man this Yoke's... they have so many issues with price, one time they sold me a "buy 2…read morespice packets at a discount" and the discount was printed on the tag as a negative amount, literally charging customers excess than the regular price. Then I saw a tub of Gruyère, which was 2 days expired. No price tag at all for it first of all, so I had to ask them to ring it up. It seemed reasonable enough a price but I asked if there was a discount since it expired and they said "actually we can't sell it at all (or even give it away) if it's expired". They claimed it was "a state law [it isn't] if not federal" (it definitely isn't.... LOL) So I said are you really going to waste like 30 tubs of Gruyère?? That's really good cheese. To which the manager said they "get a credit" if they idk file it or something. And then I guess dump it in a landfill. What a world. If you shop here, be very careful with what it is they ring up. And if you want to buy an expired item because you're an adult and you know the risk don't point it out because they'll never notice, and they'll waste it. TLDR: The folks who work there are pretty nice. It's just their policies are super derpy and ironically, price tags are often wrong, discounts can end up costing the customer MORE, and they don't pull expired food until a willing customer points it out wanting to buy it.

It is so clean organized & welcoming. The produce section that is kept up by Amber hourly and manger Brian is worth shouting about! Im glad I went 2xs as far to shop here this morning. I bought 3 bouquets of Gerberas last week & they have brought me so much joy that I bought three more bouquets of diff flowers this week. I usually buy 1 but these flowers look so healthy. PS to top off this exceptional experience Becky bagged my groceries then eagerly offered to carry them out. Come to find out shes worked at this location through previous company for nearly 25 yrs! I asked her what she though made the difference since 2 star rating and she said leaders, Jeremy and Nikki make the positive difference. Everyone's attitude was remarkable

I placed an online catering order over $200 well in advance for my daughter's baby shower on April 1st. After submitting it, I heard nothing -- no confirmation call, no follow-up. So TWO DAYS before the event, I drove there in person because I was worried. That's when I found out they never even checked their email. It took over 30 minutes for the manager Syd and her team to locate my order. At that point, they told me several items were no longer carried or made. I picked replacement items for the salads and meats right there, face to face. They assured me everything was good to go. I left feeling relieved. The morning of the baby shower -- two hours before pickup -- a man named Matthew left me a voicemail saying they only had the sandwich platter, fruit platter, and veggie platter. That's it. No apology. No suggestions. No solutions. Just a voicemail dropping a bomb on the day of my family's event. And when I picked up the sandwich platter? The bag of lettuce they handed me was brown and slimy -- visibly rotting through the packaging. They handed it to me anyway and said nothing. This is my LOCAL store. My family shops here regularly. I trusted these people with an important family milestone and they couldn't have cared less. No accountability. No urgency. No effort. Do not order catering from the Fred Meyer deli on Sprague Avenue. They will take your order, confirm it, and fail you completely when it matters most.

Walked all the way across the store with me to aggressively explain how the advertisement of the products work. As a customer I don't really care. If I see something that looks to be on sale and I want it, I'll buy it. When she walked me through the store she said that if she agreed that the advertisement was misleading she would honor the price. She also said multiple time that many people had thought this item was on sale today. Then when we got to the product she continued to aggressively explain how the advertisement of sale items works. Since she refused to honor the advertised price I grabbed cheaper items to exchange. When I got back up to the customer service counter she was very passive aggressive about the exchange. Whole experience put a sour taste in my mouth. I used to enjoy this Walmart as it's clean and organized and well stocked compared to the one closer to me, but after this experience I won't be returning.

I've been hoping for a service like Duncan's Produce in Spokane for a long time and am delighted to…read moresee this local food/grocery delivery service having success. you should know Duncan delivers LOTS more than just produce - lots of products across a variety of food categories - produce, dairy, meats, breads, etc With a name like Duncan produce, I had high expectations for fresh, affordable produce and a good variety to choose from, delivered to my door. I must say, they have exceeded my expectations all on of my criteria. Tons of super fresh cut / uncut options that are ready to cook, saving me time - bonus points. So far we've sampled most of what they offer, and have found everything from the berries to the romaine salad mix to the tomatoes, peppers, diced potatoes, carrots and more - super great (yes, they are super fresh & very reasonably priced=super great) Already we're finding some of their options better than the grocery store we normally order from - a few of our favorites so far: sourdough sandwich bread, all of the produce, and smoked/fully cooked rack of ribs are already family favorites. The Duncan team seems to be adding new items and offering the freshest products each week (we're on our 5th or 6th order now) - which keeps it interesting. And, after several large orders, each delivery has been 100% accurate, on time, and great quality. The delivery fee is pretty small, and is contactless if you choose - and it's easy to tip the driver during check out. Yes, they have 'specials' that are really good too - so for people that like sales, Duncan will give you several bargains each week. They are growing their offering for their new at home delivery service, and so far doing an awesome job.
