Overall this place felt very clean, and is very spacious (would be good for groups of all sizes). Also, the hookah was wonderful, and the gentleman who was working came over periodically to check on and/or replace our coals. He also offered to change the music to whatever we wanted. Very kind! When my friend and I went the other week, we were the only 2 in there. I deducted one star only because we really wanted to sit at the purple couched, but they were reserved (even though there was nobody else there). But hey, maybe next time! Heads up - if you're not a member, there's an extra fee. Unfortunately I can't remember how much the fee was, and I wasn't told how much the membership price costs.

This one was very light on alcohol and sparkling. Personally, I loved it but I can imagine someone who is a sangria connoisseur may be disappointed in lack of wine/alcohol in this. All in all, the service was lacking, but food was tasty.

See ima really big fan of hookah lol every since i found out bout what hookah was 2 years ago its seems like thats one of my favorite places to hang out wit friends and socialize. Im a very picky guy in general but when it comes to hookah im even more picky bout how i want my hookah to be done a certain way so that the hookah turns out nice and i gotta admit medina's hookah lounge has one of the very best hookahs in town. Look at this way whenever you go out your way to pay for something say for example hookah you wants your moneys worth,and with the way their hookah is made its really nice and you definitely get urs moneys worth out of it. I've actually been to many hookah spots in the past from ones out here in seattle to hookah spots throughout various states and countries but hands down medina is the place i really like, i go literally everyday lol and would recommend those people who havent took the time to check it out to go to medina hookah lounge and see what their been missing out on. Not only is their hookah terrific, they also have the great customer service to back it up. Great places to be on the weekend or weekdays whatever you prefer, safe enviornment, people treat you with respect as soon as you get in, awesome music with a DJ that plays the kind of music that you want to listen to, the way it looks inside and how everything is set up makes you feel like your welcomed and its a very comfortable place. I can go on and on bout the great things bout medina hookah but not one time have i found something bad bout this place thats why i prefer coming here being a usual customer instead of going anywhere else. I did a lot of research and asked around to see where the best hookah lounge was, Medina got great reviews so I decided to check them out. The owner was super nice and showed us how to do everything since this was our first hookah experience. I was a bit nervous but he was super helpful and kept checking on us, replacing coals, asking if we needed anything and made us feel really comfortable. It was pretty busy, everyone we talked to was really nice and friendly, and like I said we were always taken care of. They clean their hookahs, the music was pretty good, not too loud or anything. Im really pleased with the whole experience. Whether its your first time or your a veteran hookah smoker they are a great place to go to. We will definitely be back. The only thing I can think of that could have been improved on was the outside, there wasnt any signs (that I noticed) that let you know where it was, if I hadnt had read the reviews before hand I wouldnt have known it was well hidden and to look for it. read more

I've been to every hookah lounge in Seattle and half of the hookah lounges in Vegas and hands down, MEDINA HAS THE BEST HOOKAH! I'm pretty picky too because I've traveled from Egypt to the middle east and still rate Medina at the top! Seriously, I was very surprised at the consistency and the quality. I didn't really think there was such thing as making a "good" hookah until I realized the difference between Medina and other places. Not to mention the hospitality, they treat you like family and continuously check on your needs and orders.There's great music, great people, and even events (like open mics/poetry slams) I love it... my girls and I are actually heading back there tonight! This is the best hookah lounge EVER. I go there almost every weekend. Nice chill environment, the customer service is unbelievable, i really dont know what to say about the hookah and the amount of flavors they have on the menu. I heard from friends that they have open mic night almost every month where they have talented people perform. Saturday and Fridays are always packed with peoples, like I've never seen a hookah bar that has a line outside. This is the place to be, classy, great hookahs and a chill environment. I love this place! I took my friend here for her 18th birthday and they were awesome! They gave us the $50 VIP room free of charge and kept on top of refills and replacing coals on a regular basis to keep our hookahs going. I would totally suggest this place to anyone who wants to go to an awesome hookah bar. Such a fun environment. I have been in multiple times and dance parties break out every so often and its so fun. They hooked us up last night with ice hoses free of charge. 5/5 I will go here again! read more

I went to the Madina 1 week ago with my friend and fell in love. I live 50 minutes away from seattle and I have driving up there 5 times already!!! From the first time I walked in I was treated like family and felt I had know everyone for years. Great atmosphere, good music for everyone and they play what you ask for. The service is fast every time and they come by and check on the customers often to see what is needed. I will never try another lounge because I know it would be a downgrade read more

Although this is not the typical type of Shisha Lounge I would normally go to, the quality of Shisha was very good. The staff was very responsive and checked in on us regularly. They made sure our coals were always hot and came by with a smile. The decor was not a 10 but acceptable, parking was good and overall, I would have to say I might stop by again. read more

I'm from the middle east so I know good hooka and I'm picky about my hooka. I've been to every hooka bar from Seattle to Vegas and Medina is the only place that serves authentic, quality hooka. Seriously, hooka is more that just filling in flavors and they got it down. Two thumbs up! read more

This place sucks. The cops have something against this place. They wrote me a $56 jaywalking ticket for trying to go to the club. Then the wanna be cop security guards wouldn't let me in. Get your shisha fix elsewhere read more
