Very quick response and service. I submitted an online inquiry for a quote and received a reply from Mr. Medina within an hour with a price (I gave him dimensions of two large windows to be hauled away). He came a day later in the morning at 7 am, on time. He's very polite and no last minute changes in price. Items were picked up and he even offered to clean up some of the leftover debris. We sent them pictures of what to pick up they gave us a quote. We hesitated and said no and they kept texting us. It went from $350 to $180. That's the only reason why I would give them 2 stars. They knew exactly what they were picking up, they refused to take everything. We have garbage bins in the back and I swear they just put some of the garbage in our bins (reg trash in the recycle bin) Whatever they quote, just stand your ground. But don't be disappointed when they don't take all your trash. read more

The mover (maybe the owner?) was on his own due to a call-out, but he still got my junk -- an apartment-sized fridge, queen-sized bedframe, kitchen table and chairs, small desk, couch, and wooden box -- out fairly quickly. He didn't ask for an increase from the initial quote after all was said and done. I was slightly concerned he was going to bail, as I had to initiate the meetup time the day of through text messaging (though that was my preferred method of communication anyway). I suggested afternoon pickup, but he said he'd come in the morning -- worked out fine for me, but not everyone has as flexible of a work schedule as I do. He ended up being reliable, regardless. I had called around and had been quoted ridiculous prices, but I called Medina Junk Removal immediately offered me an extremely fair price and even offered to work with me since I couldn't be home during the time they were available to pick up the couch the next morning. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Today Sunday march 31st 2019 at 8am I emailed this company for a quote on removing some large branches and other miscellaneous things from my front yard. Jose quickly responded with a request for pictures. I replied with three photos and was again answered with a quote of $150.00 and a time of 4-5 pm, same day (TODAY). Well about 15 minutes ago I called the number on their website and asked for a Jose. I was informed it was he, I was speaking to. Asked him if he was still planning on coming as it was after 5pm now. He responded; "oh no, my trucks are all full now, yes we can't come to you, is my trucks no put more in back" "to much already!" I hung up. read more

Excellent! I texted a picture of the junk that needed removal (entertainment center, dresser, file cabinet, bookshelf, rug, etc... A LOT) and Jose got back to me right away. They picked up all my junk an hour later for a fair fee. All my troubles were gone in an hour thanks to Jose :) One giant truck and three guys and the junk was loaded up in a matter of minutes. Worst service possible, he came one week, looked at the mess the previous owners left, gave me a quote $140, so two days later I move all the junk to the side of the house (trying to make his job easier) so I texted and called about 3 times till he finally showed up, looked at all the junk again then quoted $240 I said that's fine as long as you take everything. Two hours later shows up, about 12:45, I can't exaggerate this enough when I tell him to take everything, It takes him about 20 mins to settle in and park his truck, and his attitude the whole time is terrible, I mean when I ask him to take a couch and a table he rolls his eyes, I bare with it, so I leave around 1:15 to pick up my girlfriend, he calls me around 1:45 says and I quote " were about 90% done" what he really meant is his truck was almost full, and didn't want to take anymore, so I come back and I'm in awe, and it looked the same way I left it, and his worker was smoking a cigarette while cursing in Spanish. So I try to reason with him and tell him to take more, which only made his co-worker more mad he had to work. So I had enough and told them it was fine and they can leave. So I go in my car to write the company "Medina's Junk Removal" a check for their terrible service, and he had the audacity to tell me to write him another one to his name. Not to mention as he left he said his truck had a flat and doesn't want to come back again. I would never recommend this service to my worst enemies. read more

Called Medina's Hauling on a Sunday morning for an estimate. Gave Jose a description of what we needed, and sent him some pictures. He got back to me with an estimate that was 25% less than my next best estimate. By one o'clock Jose and his crew were at my home, loading my junk.
