    Americano Breakfast

This place is a phenomenal breakfast/brunch place. The service was top-of-the-line, and the quality of the food was AMAZING!!. Our breakfast platters were devoured quickly because of how good they tasted and the presentation was so A+. The coffees are beautifully presented and super tasty we had the caramel Latte and mocha. I ordered the americano,3 fried eggs, bacon, and ham, and also brought pancakes. They were delicious! This place is a must. The staff is very friendly and there's a happy mood in the whole restaurant, It is a bit small inside but they have ample sitting outside as well with plenty of shades.

Pretty great food. Coffee was amazing. Pancakes (usually with Nutella but we got them without it) were very "interesting" tasting. Not bad, just very different. Best I could describe is they tasted like wheat.

Amazing little spot. I first I didn't like it because the waitress spoken Spanish super fast and I didn't understand. But she knew our Spanish was rough and slow down for us to understand. The coffee was amazing good. We have been avoiding Starbucks for our whole trip. This one cup of coffee sisbt disappoint. My wife got the veggie scrabble and I got the boricua plates. I been getting dishes that they different than what they got in the states. Only thing I didn't like was the French toast that came with my buricua dish. Other than that every was great and washed down with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Came in on a not so busy morning. Only 2 patrons inside. We sat and the waitress came by to get our order. We ordered two coffees. When they brought them, they had foam on top in shape of a heart and what I think it's the Yelp logo. Pretty cool! I ordered the chicken and waffles. This was the worst chicken and waffles I've ever had. It came with so much syrup, it was drenched. The fried chicken was thin slices of chicken drenched in Chinese sweet & sour style sauce. The worst flavors combined. I took the chicken and placed on another plate. I tried eating the waffle by itself but it was not edible. Worst part, was that the waitress, after she served us the plate, was nowhere to be found. Then we hear a girl talking so loud in the back of the restaurant. By the time we were done, we went up to the register to pay and when we looked in the back, there were 5 employees, including our waitress, just chit chatting away. Where is the manager? Overall - cute coffee but this is Puerto Rico, you can find great coffee anywhere. I don't need the fancy foam if this is the kind of service they have.

Vegetable scrambled eggs and almond milk latte!

This cafe was surprisingly busy for a Thursday morning! I ordered an almond milk latte and the vegetable scrambled eggs. The almond milk latte was perfect--did not have any of the bitterness that I typically have come across with coffee in Puerto Rico. The food came out quickly. The scrambled eggs had carrots and zucchini included in them, something I had never encountered with my eggs but I was pleasantly surprised by them. The carrot offered a little sweet crunch which was perfect. The accompanying toast was of high grain quality and stayed toasty with the salty butter on top. The service was great--I was in need of nothing. Prices are very reasonable. All in all I would go again for breakfast/brunch but definitely not to study as it is a little too noisy.

I love this place. Our server Lory is the best! She always has a great attitude and is always willing to give us a recommendation. The food is fresh and always tastes awesome. I usually get the caramel latte and it's creamy and delicious. Definitely recommend coming here.

New place in a corner of Escorial. Was not overly impressed! Prices are average. Place is a little small but cozy. I had the Italy and Paris which looked good, but taste-wise was meh! I've eaten better omelets in IHOP! Our waitress was nice but slow. They need variety. We went for Sunday brunch, and they didn't have mimosas!! I was so disappointed :( The menu was very disorganized. I know they serve lunch and dinner too.

First time here and won't definitely be my last one. I really enjoyed this place. There CARAMEL LATTE was DELICIOUS. I had and omelet called EL ESTRELLADO a whole bunch of really good flavors it had bacon really thin cut hams and cheese I felt like it was something I made at home the omelet came with waffles with fruits and dulce de leche and all I can say is OMG. The service was good the girls were very attentive.

The wraps and pastas are great! I'd also recommend the homemade chips and the sandwiches. Very nice place and the prices are moderate.

First, the A/C wasn't working, which is a brutal setup for a summer day. To make matters worse, the live music integration needs a rethink. While a saxophone and piano duo sounds like a lovely idea on paper, this space is just too small for it. The musicians are positioned way too close to the tables. The volume was so intense that we couldn't hold a conversation or even enjoy our food. I actually left with a headache and my ears trembling. Luckily, the musicians took a break toward the end, which finally gave us some temporary relief. I'd love to come back for the food, but only after they fix the air conditioning and dial back the decibels.

The menu had great options between "The Healthy Choice breakfast" which I had - to cheesecake filled French toast. Our servers were friendly and service was quick. They also have many different coffees you can order and their website has a photo of how each is prepared - I've never seen this before and thought this was super cool! On my trip, I actually visited for breakfast twice because my family loved it so much!

Great space very nice casual vibe open air. Our Bartender Jorge and his partner Nikki were amazing. When I'm back in Puerto Rico, I will definitely come back here. We made a reservation in the morning when we docked in San Juan since I read they stay busy. Atmosphere: Upon arrival, there was a short wait for 2 of us. The eatery has inside seating however with 5 full length doors to the outside it feels like an open air kinda eatery. There's a large countertop eating bar in the middle of the restaurant & an additional eating area in the back, but overall it's a pretty small dining spot. Food: Tried to make a few alterations to my dish such as scramble the omlette instead of the traditional fold it & add an over easy egg to the sandwich. They said the kitchen is very particular about the presentation of the food so no "scrambled" omelette & the over easy egg had to be on the side in case the yolk popped on the sandwich before making it to the table. Ok! Veggie omlette was really flavorful. Full of diced veggies. The avocado I added was such a nice consistency. Yes it was ripe but I think it's a different variety of avocado than we tend to get in mainland US. With the omelette plate, I substituted french toast ($6 up charge) for the regular toast. The french toast was soft & fluffy. Very good. The dish also came with a generous portion of hand cut French fries. It would have been better if they were hot but they were still good. My husband got the Cuban sandwich & added an over easy egg & said the sweet plantain on the sandwich was unexpected & really made it quite good. Pricing: Price point may be considered moderate to moderately higher, but you're on holiday and the food & ambiance are good. Breakfast was $78 before tip for 2 entrees (with add ons), 2 specialty coffees, 1 juice & $4 for unlimited filtered water. All in all, it was a heck of a lot of food, tasty, and I left very satisfied. I definitely recommend it!
