I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I just had a worker scam me and charge himself a $20 tip that he added without me knowing. Keep in mind I left cash tip since I thought there wasn't an option for tip. Until I asked for a receipt and saw I was charged without my knowing. I would like to refunded for this, there is no way you have a scammer working for your restaurant while in a tourist area. June 5th , 2:40pm. The his name is Oscar as shown on the receipt.
Came here one morning with my friends and we had high expectations because of the rating, but our experience did not reflect the good reviews. First of all, the service was meh.. The servers kind of seemed like they had better things to do rather than serve us. At one point we asked someone for extra plates for sharing and he said he would get some, but then we saw him come back two or three times to help other tables without our plates and we had to ask someone else. The flavors of the food were all over the place. We wanted to try the Dominican breakfast but they were out, so we got the Puerto Rican breakfast which came with rice, tater tots, eggs, toast, and spam. The spam was EXTREMELY salty - spam is already quite salty as it is but this spam tasted like they added extra salt. The eggs were super bland. We also got the cinnamon roll pancakes which were extremely sweet, but I'll give that one a pass since it kind of implies that in the name. Maybe we just went on an off day, but my friends and I were quite disappointed with our experience here.
I went in for breakfast this morning. Upon arrival I was sat at a high top in the front portion of the restaurant. The music was playing super loud but I was by myself so I guess I had noone to talk to otherwise it might have been too much. I initially ordered the passion fruit juice and was super excited about it but informed they did not have it. I got the orange juice instead. I then had the French toast combo that came with eggs and sausage. You could have chosen bacon or ham instead. The food was good. The server was attentive but confused the heck out of me into paying cash because of some way they get paid and he adds checks together. I still don't know what he was explaining but I paid with cash instead of my card that I already had out and ready.
The food itself is very good, I wouldn't say it's really Puerto Rican food as it's mostly catered towards tourists. The service is quick but not overly friendly, just a get in get out type environment. The French toast is very good however
Wow, wow, WOW! Everything was amazing--and absolutely delicious. I was there for four days and ended up going twice because I couldn't get enough. The first visit, I had the breakfast burrito... perfection. The second time, I tried the Dominican breakfast--OMG! The portions alone could feed three people. Both times, I ordered a latte and a strawberry margarita, and they were just as great as the food. The music was a vibe, and the staff really made the experience unforgettable--friendly, attentive, and super engaging. They were dancing, singing, even doing little tricks--it felt like dinner and a show! The place itself is adorable and perfect for pictures. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting--you won't regret it! My friends had Avacado toast, PR breakfast. and French toast. Never disappointed!

Lots of variety on the menu, but we ultimately decided on the French toast combo because we wanted a little protein before our pool day. The French toast was so thick and very tasty. I loved the whipped cream on top. The yogurt bowl was good. The scrambled eggs left us disappointed though. They tasted like they were egg beaters or pre-made because they were kind of rubbery. Otherwise, it was a super filling breakfast.

My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and they were out of the wraps. He got the American with sausage. I ordered French toast. They were out of ALL French toast and offered pancakes ! I ordered the American with ham. My husband asked for hot sauce - guess what? They were out of that too!! Our bread/ toast had a funny / odd taste today. Different than the other day. I wonder if they ran out of butter and used something else ? Horrible experience and how can a breakfast place open up without certain staples ? Stop at the grocery store before you open.
A popular, trendy brunch spot that absolutely lives up to the hype. We arrived when it was just a tad busy but were still seated fairly quickly, which was a great start. The music was bumping, the vibes were vibing, and the atmosphere felt fun and energetic without being overwhelming. The staff were great--friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The food and drinks were delicious, and the menu has so many good options I honestly wish I had a bigger appetite to try them all. I started with an espresso martini and loved that they used real espresso (the only way to drink it). For an appetizer, I ordered the chicken empanada, which had great flavor and a nice little kick. For my entrée, I ordered the guava strawberry cheesecake French toast with a side of eggs and turkey--soooo good. So good. I ate every single bite. I finished with their hibiscus magic tea, which was refreshing and delicious. This is exactly the kind of place you want to be at for brunch in San Juan. Highly recommend.
We had found this place on tik tok & decided to give it a try... the inside was cute & viby if you're looking for aesthetic. The service wasn't the best tho, the food did come out pretty quick & was really good! Our iced coffees were also tasty! Overall I would say give this place a try at least once :)
Food: the food is amazing. The eggs, waffles, chicken, Dominican breakfast, eggs, and the fruits everything is so fresh and delicious. Service: my goodness the service was epic and personal. Our waiter Jesus is nothing short of amazing. The energy, attention, and personality he brings to our table is natural. He continuously engaged with use and provided his honesty in our ordering. Jesus is highly recommended when you come to this place. Ambiance: the entire place is decor for the holiday season, clean, spacious, and provide a safe space for friends or date night. Overall score 4.9/5.0
Came here for brunch on a Saturday with a group of 5. we were sat quite quickly in the back. The place is pretty large and it's packed. We ordered a variety of dishes, including chicken and waffles, chicken and French toast, the super plate and the Dominican plate. The portion size is quite large and we all were pretty full. The Dominican plate is the highlight. Their fried cheese and salami are so good and flavorful. The chicken dishes could be skipped - we expected fried chicken but it's just chicken tenders. Their French toasts and tater tots are great. Would recommend trying the breakfast plates!
Service was quick , it seemed a bit rushed but I guess better than it seeming to slow lol. Ambiance was cute it's a great location where you can walk to the beach after. Food was decent didn't need any syrup as the French toast was sweet . Chicken was decent as well. Coffee was okay nothing spectacular.

If you're seeking an amazing brunch, go to Christianson and choose one of their French toast options. Just wow. I got the strawberry and guava cream cheese filled one, and completely failed at finishing it though it was amazing. Probably because I also wanted something savory and got chicken empanadas. I also highly recommend those! My boyfriend also really liked his chicken and waffles. You won't be disappointed starting your day off here! read more
Wouldn't recommend (brunch). Came in for brunch, they don't do reservation unless party of 6 or more, so we came around 12pm and quoted about 45-minute wait but were able to get us a table in 15 minutes. The restaurant is quite sectioned off, when you walk in, they have rooms that go all the way to the back of the restaurant. They had an array of music that was playing, wasn't too loud, lots of tables for larger parties. This was definitely one of the more upbeat brunch restaurants. For their mimosas, they advertise the $35pp but do not advertise the time limit and the restriction for its distribution if not everyone at the table is doing bottomless. The champagne/carafes are not brought if only one person orders which isn't really the issue but the issues lies in the fact that you are only getting your refills at the servers/food runner's discretion and especially in only a one-hour time limit (which bottomless usually runs for 1.5-2 hours). That was definitely the case when we went, I only received 3 refills because our server was very busy and could not tend to get the refills in a timely manner; seemed like a waste in my opinion Either increase the time limit or bring a self-dispensing system to the table; those are the solutions. For the food, we order French Toast Combos and the Good Morning Burrito. The French toasts were very soft & fluffy, rich taste with every bite, no notes, perfect. Came with crispy bacon and soft-medium scrambled eggs (Rating: 8.9/10). For the Good Morning Burrito, I was unaware that it came with guacamole, which I don't really prefer, but it came in chunk so was able to be easily removed. Besides that, I got the burrito with bacon, and it was absolutely amazing. Fries on the side were hot and crispy (Rating: 9.0/10). Pricing also was not bad as well for the food. All in all, the only good part about this restaurant was the food, no complaints with the food but the service wasn't too timely. I don't also appreciate the server putting 18% down for himself on the handheld pay kiosk, seen it happen and it didn't register in my head until after the payment went through due to me thinking it was an automatic gratuity type of situation when it was not. That really should earn this place a 1-star because if I wasn't in a good mood, that would definitely be a grievance I would bring up in that moment. Overall, I would not come back; we really came because we thought they were one of the few places with bottomless mimosas but now looking at how they conduct that, it is not worth it at all. read more

We popped in while walking around Condado looking for a good breakfast/brunch spot and were pleasantly surprised to find Christianson. Their menu had exactly what we were craving and everything we ordered was delicious! The staff were super friendly, the service was quick, and the whole experience felt easy and welcoming. We sat on the patio and loved the ambiance, with a perfect breeze, great vibes, and a relaxing start to our day. We will definitely be recommending this spot and coming back on our next trip to Puerto Rico! read more

I dont understand how this place is rated so high. We went here for breakfast on a Sunday. When we get there we are informed they dont have like half the items on the menu. We ordered around it. The food got there in about 5 minutes, which is kind of crazy. I got a "Dominican Breakfast" which very clearly stated on the menu that it had mangú which was the reason why i ordered it. When it gets there, there was no mangú and when i asked the waiter he said theyve never carried mangú. It was literally written on the printed menu, maybe correct it? We ordered the traditional sandwich and it was a greasy mess and also lacked flavored. The bacon was all fat and greasy and disgusting. The "tater tots" it came with were super greasy too and also had 0 flavor. We also got an omelette and that was good but again, a lot of butter. The music was good at least but this place is definitely a tourist trap. No le crean mucho a todos esos reviews, la comida está malísima y todos en la mesa estamos con indigestión y acidés. We loved our server Denita was amazing and so bubbly! She gave us great inside to the menu as well as many recommendations. We enjoyed our meal and the space is beautiful. Not enough signage outside as we walk straight by the entrance. Our server recommended the passionfruit mimosa, and I am so glad that I got it. Great meal with great service. read more

The food was good and the service was decent. This is an instagram kind of spot of the outside and reels you in with signs and decorations but that's about where it ends. They were out of just about everything on the menu and didn't offer water so we could only order a few things. They were fine! The breakfast sandwich was a massive loaf of bread with one scrambled egg and not very flavorful. read more

I picked this place because it was the only place open in the morning for breakfast on a Friday. The waiting time was about 30-40 mins to walk in. The food was alright. I ordered the steak and eggs and coffee. The place was pretty packed so service was a little slow but not too bad. They had some ambience music on and it felt tourist friendly. read more

Overall the experience was very good. We were sat down immediately. The server was attentive that being Jahzeel he made sure to check in with me and my girl. The food was delicious I got the cinnamon roll French toast which was very light but had heavy flavor which allowed me to finish it all. We also got two iced lattes that were good as well. The music made me feel like I was at a Bad bunny concert which was great as well. In conclusion I'd recommend going. read more
My wife and I were in Puerto Rico and this establishment was just a few blocks away, so we decided to try it on our last lunch in Puerto Rico. We entered on a Thursday about 11 AM and it was PACKED, they look small, but there is a lot of seating in back. I ordered my favorite, a Cuban. Our server was nice, but everything was very slow and they had a small beer list, so it would have been a five, but those are big things in my eyes. Cuban was huge and awesome and full of fillings and great pickle amount, as well as mustard. Another thing that brought the review down a star is that they charged us 75 cents for a side of mustard. I bought a bottle of the same stuff at the local grocery store for a buck. I wouldn't go back, but I was glad I tried and it is certainly popular! read more

I'm back, this time by myself & around 1pm on a Saturday. I ordered the cinnamon roll French toast combo. Which included my choice in eggs & meat. I opted for cinnamon roll french toast, scrambled eggs w/ mushrooms & sausage, as a recommendation of Jahzeel. OHHH MY GAAAWD, that was the best bread over ever had & I'm not exaggerating. They were so light, fluffy & perfectly balanced. I wasn't a fan of the eggs, they had a fishy taste & the sausage was typical pork pan. They did offer to replace my eggs, but I didn't need it because the french toast had all my attention. To finish I ordered a passion fruit mimosas with a shot of Pama. This place is always a stop of mine when I'm Condado. The playlist of music is always upbeat, the staff is always friendly & the food is always fresh. I do recommend making a reservation online or through an app if you have more than 2people. Ask for Jahzeel, he is fantastic!! Had great recommendations & very attentive. read more

Deceptively huge restaurant- it just keeps going in the back. We stopped in for Brunch on a Thursday and the place was pretty full. Good thing we had reservations. We sat up front so we could people watch. The portions were huge. I saw grown men leaving food on their plates so I was worried. When the food came out I understood why... Loved the Cubano and the Omelette and the smoked crab avocado half bagel. They also make a mean espresso martini-You won't be disappointed. read more

The vibe was vibing! Went here for brunch without a reservation and had to wait about 30 minutes however we were able to find seats at the bar. I ended up never receiving a text that said our table was ready but I did receive the initial text saying we were on the waiting list. Thankfully we found the available bar seats because we were hungry. The food was so good!!!! The music was on point & the staff was friendly! I would recommend having a reservation if going. Plenty of seating but seems to be the spot to go to so - take your chances if you dare lol. We parked in a nearby parking deck. I recommend walking if close enough or ubering. read more

Don't fall for the TikTok/social media hype around this place like we did. I did give two stars because the restaurant decor is a vibe and the only real highlight to this place. We went on a Tuesday morning so it was not busy at all. Our food came out less than 5 mins from ordering which told me immediately it was not made fresh and just hanging out in their kitchen. Taking a bite into cold food confirmed. French toast, eggs, bacon, tator tots-Nothing was freshly made for us. There is potential if food was hot and fresh but believe me when I say walk a block down to Pannes for a way better breakfast that comes out hot! We were there for a week and this was one of our least fav meals our entire trip. read more
