Staff was so helpful and I could not help but purchase the cactus ears and a few other non American typical grocery items. Having lived in Mexico for a few months, some of these items remind me of those days in Rosarito.

Since most products are from abroad, everything is in Arabic, but all you have to do is ask an employee, and they will gladly help you and explain things to you. That said, the owners would benefit from paying close attention to customer feedback. One major issue that makes this location less welcoming is the level of customer service. In particular, a staff member in the meat section (an uncle who wears glasses) has been consistently unfriendly and comes across as hostile toward customers. I'm not sure what the reason is, but interactions like this are a big reason I've chosen to return to Forum, another Asian supermarket in the area. Jmart truly excels in product selection but falls short in the customer service department. With better staff training and a stronger focus on customer experience, this store could easily become a standout. As it stands, I'll likely continue taking my business to places like Forum.
