Hey people i own a pizzeria in warren and during a friday night in lent my dough machine stopped working..i went on the internet to look for a used hobart mixer and i came across Mediterranean restaurant equipment in union on 22....i talked to a salesman that night right before closing...the owner george and his guys brought me a machine saturday morning....and best thing yet they took my old machine out for me so they could fix it....i couldnt believe how quick i got a mixer when other businesses said, oh im sorry i cant do anything till monday....ill never do business with any other restaurant suppy company unless its with these guys....they knew i was in a jam and they came through...plus the guys who dropped and installed the equipment were kind and respectful and quick ..in and out service....George,thanks for helping me out ...its nice to know you can count on someone when your in a jam....that kind of service is becoming extinct in the restaurant business....thanks again you guys read more

This is the owner of Mediterranean Restaurant Equipment . I am blown away that this customer would write this . We sold him equipment for his store in South Orange ,walked him through the process of getting him the equipment he need that would fit his budget . we didnt charge him for delivery and gave him a discount on the package deal . After a year when his business grew and wanted some of the equipment returned to by larger pieces we took pieces back and worked with him . In reference to the equipment not working it was a brand new fryer and convection that had nothing to do with Mediterranean but we called the service calls in as a courtesy .We take pride in what we sell to our customers and this is the first neg review we ever had in 20 years of business . read more

We are re doing our whole restaurant, kitchen, bar and everything at the Randolph Diner Bar & Grill. George and his crew at Mediterranean Restaurant Equipment are the best. We got a brand new line, ovens, stoves, flat grill, fryer, broiler, steamer, dishwasher machine, sinks, fridges and a whole brand new pick up line from them. They came and installed everything within in a couple of days. They showed us how to use all the equipment and they been working perfectly. Very Professional. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received from the man there named "Nicholas", he told me about all the products and offered me a great pricing for it. Took a trip there with my husband last week as we were looking for better equipment for our restaurant since our older ones were really poor. We were offered a great selection of products and the prices for them were fair. We are planning to go back there next week to buy get a new oven and nowhere else because this place has treated us well and deserve it! There are plenty of other places, but this was the best one yet. 5 Stars for sure, would give more if I can :) read more

Listened in on another customer's experience and was in awe of their service and products. Definitely a great place to shop with no pressure from sales. Great place amazing people! They were really helpfull and super professional. We needed a pizza oven for our new restaurant and weren't sure about picking the right one for us. The owner set up 3 different types oven for us to cook. We did demo in this location and it worked out great. Highly recommend it, will be banck for sure. read more
