The items were all satisfactorily cleaned and pressed. Not the least expensive cleaners I've patronized but still affordable when considering the going rate for dry cleaning expenses. Had a very minor scare that one shirt was missing but the staff brought this to my attention promptly at pickup and worked together to locate the item within a couple minutes. They got both the stains out reasonably well. One pair came back with a note that said they got the stain out as best they could without damaging the garment. I go in fairly often for tailoring and repairs, and they are always welcoming and willing to listen carefully while I figure out exactly what I want done. Today really stood out. I brought back a pair of pants that had been hemmed and looked great, but just didn't feel comfortable when I wore them. I was worried I was asking too much since I'd already been in a few times about these pants, but Ping couldn't have been more understanding. She insisted on letting them back out while I was there, even though it was near closing time. She also noticed a jacket I had and tightened the buttons on that too--again, on the spot. She was so kind, accommodating, and generous with her time, and she wouldn't even let me pay. That level of care and customer service is rare. Ping truly stands behind her work and wants her customers to be comfortable and happy. If you're looking for expert tailoring with exceptional service, Lee's Tailors is the place. To the contrary with this laundromat. The attendant at the time I visited was Latoya. She immediately asked if she could help me. Totally showing me the ropes in a matter of minutes. Evidently, they have moved up into the 21 century. They have all the conveniences. No need for rolls of coins or hoping you have the correct denomination of bills. You now can use your debit/credit card or legal tender to load up a little laundry card, after you do a lil registration of course, (takes about 2 mins). It spits it out and you just use that to Pay and also to tell the system who you are and what machine you are using. Once your wash cycle is done, it will text your phone to let you know which machine has completed its task. Yeahhh, its not in the best of neighborhoods, but I have to say...at no time did I feel concerned or apprehensive for my safety or worried about my vehicle.
