The most incredibly worst experience. RUN AWAY DON'T WALK..., I dropped off a brand new suit to be cleaned. I was promised it would be ready in week. When I returned to pick it up I was told it was damaged and to check back in a week as they would fix. Terrible service!!! I tried Medlin-Davis for the first and last time. I dropped off a suit and $65 Jos A Banks white dress shirt and was promised they'd be ready at 5:00 the next day. Long story short, Medlin-Davis lost my shirt. I explained that I have a formal gala on Saturday (the next morning) for a charity I volunteer at. They offered no help at all and told I'd have to come back Monday. I had to drive to the mall at 6:00 on a Friday to buy a new shirt. 2 hours and $35 later I'm running a load of laundry, which I'll have to iron and starch tonight. I asked how they were going to correct the problem and was told to come back Monday. I asked to speak with the manager who want in duty and was told she would call me back. It's 3 hours later and the manager hasn't even called me back. I get businesses make mistakes, but don't understand one that doesn't bother to offer any help. I suggest Parc Cleaners and or Village Cleaners as I never had a problem at either. read more

***Update to my original review** I am now giving it a 3 Star from a 1 star. The reason is I contacted the companies' customer service & I actually heard back from the owner. Exceptional response and it was amazing. I have been given a credit for my bad experience. This weekend I plan to go back and see if my experience is better than last. Will update after my experience. Ok so I'll be the first to review this cleaner. We decided to go here because its convenient to the shopping center we go to a lot and its right next door to our tailor. So I went to the tailor and got a bunch of stuff tailored. I then brought a MANY things to this cleaner including my wedding dress. I came back the day it was schedule for pick up. No one came to the front. So I kept opening the door to make the 'ding' sound to get someones attention....Nothing. I could hear someone chatting it up in the back. So I kept doing the door trick and nothing. Then I decided to call the store...nothing even though I could hear the phone ringing. So I waited and waited. Finally the women came out from the drive through part where she had been chatting away. She didn't apologize for the wait or say sorry or were you waiting, etc. So I told her my items. She went and got some and then said "oh the other is a special order I'll go to the back to get it". As I watched her walk from the back to the front as she DRAGGED my wedding dress on the ground. Luckily it looks like the clear cover was protecting it but still. I know my wedding dress wasn't traditional and very formal as I got married on the beach but the cover sleeve was CLEAR so you could easily see it was a formal white dress. She didn't seem to care. I had to ask about their rewards program and then ask for the receipt. I wrote a complaint to the head office. I heard from the head owner who told me he was working on the situation and would get back to me. I have never heard anything since. Months ago I took a delicate sweater to get a stain out and came back to get it. The stain was still there and the lady said well we didn't get it out because we didn't see it nor knew about it. 1) It was a large stain. 2) I gave specific instructions about the stain...it was the only reason I brought it there. Hopefully if you use them your experience is better than ours. Use at your own risk and don't expect good service. read more

It took a week and 135$ to get a comforter and duvet cleaned......only to later discover that we still have a (now larger) stain on the duvet cover. I am highly disappointed and will not be using this business again. read more
