I've sent back bills showing payments & they STILL don't correct it. They posted incorrect payments from the insurance company on a routine basis. They sent us a bill that we know our secondary payor will pay automatically & when I called them they stated "how can that be when we haven't billed them" - they didn't believe me when I tried to explain Medicare sends the secondary payor the claim automatically. He responded as if I was talking black magic. Having to had to deal with this horrid company for 2 years I'm SHOCKED they are still in business. Of the 14 cash registers only three are set up for employees to run groceries through like a normal grocery store, where they do the scanning and bagging. There was not a single employee working the cash registers. Of the 14 cash registers eight were being used by customers, scanning and bagging their own stuff at the time that I went through the line for a check out. Of the eight people scanning and bagging their own stuff half of them had large carts completely full of groceries, and they were doing all the work themselves as the employees were just standing around chatting at the front. I can't imagine the amount of jobs that were lost due to them doing it this way. It is not like they have a Covid issue anymore because that has been over for a year. As far as stocking of items in the store, they are usually better than the other local store (Martins) close to here and I think that is due to the fact that the other store just gets more customers. If I need to get something quick, I will come here. But I do my regular grocery shopping at the competitor. The service there and quality of the fruits and vegetables at the other store is considerably better than the fruits and vegetables from here. Also, the selection at the competitor store is significantly larger. The only reason why the store got a three rating was because of the cash register area. Otherwise I would've given it a four-star.
