This is supposed to be Q Mochi Shaved Ice. It is big, but ice is uneven and looks nothing like pic.

I can't believe it's been about 4mths since my last resto review! Due to Covid, this was the first time in a while that I've sat on a patio. What's on the menu? Taiwanese tea drinks (mainly cold) and desserts. I looked at the menu briefly, but I don't think there were the standard snacks like popcorn chicken, fried chicken wings, rice, etc. Primarily, it's for drinks/desserts. Patio has very limited seating, like 4 small tables. Obvi there aren't any tables set-up inside. However, there are benches around the perimeters for people waiting for orders. When I arrived on a Friday night, they were VERY backed up, e.g. 45-60min wait. I've never made any of these desserts, but isn't grass jelly from a can? Based on what I ordered, Q Mochi Shaved Ice, the only thing that needed "making" was the shaved ice and the rest should be an assembling line, scoop, scoop, scoop. There were chunks of shaved ice, so it wasn't even. My friend's grass jelly has absolutely no shaved ice as per photos. Although a large portion, my item looked nothing like the photos. Also due to Covid, there is A LOT of waste as everything comes in disposable containers. With the B1G1 special, it was fine, but I don't think I'd pay full price esp. with the wait.

Unfortunately, it was also very hot inside, no air conditioning to make it comfortable enough to stay to enjoy your order. The interior is starting to look a little tired, and the boxes on the floor and outdated posters don't help. Nonetheless, the staff was pretty cheery and explained some of the unfamiliar options. We went with the crispy tiramisu tea. The drink was very tasty, but there seemed to be a lot, a lot of boba taking up the container. We had to go outside of the store to get to a washroom, and a cool place to sit and enjoy our drinks. It's too bad because the aesthetic of this chain is usually much nicer and a better place to sit and finish your drinks.

With competitors like chatime, onezo, kung fu tea, your options are all there We ordered a rose oolong tea and a honey lemon tea. Service was ok but they got our order wrong, it was a one man show so we didn't bother correcting them on a Sunday night Both drinks were good for what they were even though the rose oolong tea was a milk tea Small location though more so grab n go, there's enough space to make a line and get out, two spots seating max it looks like Plenty of parking outside but it gets busy

We got the white peach green tea and the bubble waffle with a scoop of ice cream. Both were delicious, however we left the ice cream sit for too long and it started melting, which made it a bit difficult to eat. Excited to come back to try more drinks and play some more board games!

Could this be Mississauga's hidden gem for bubble tea? Possibly…read more I came across this place by chance and decided to give it a try. I got 3 drinks: one Jasmine green tea, one classic milk Boba tea and one pineapple tea with Boba. I was not that big of a fan of the pineapple but loved the other ones. I don't like the Boba used as I find it a little too chewy and the taste isn't as good as other Boba pearls I've had. I find this one to have a bit of stronger taste. It's a small shop, but cute. There are board games available and it gives off a cozy/chill vibe. When waiting for your drink, there's a seating area near the door and even a game you can try. The timer/game gives you the chance to win a free drink on the house if you manage to get a perfect 10:00 score (I mean you manage to stop the timer on that time). Product was well packaged. Drink was not too sweet despite not having adjusted the sweetness level, which I liked. The only thing for me was the waiting time which took forever, as in more than 20 minutes to be served. It was busy and there was only 1 person working. 1 person for the entire place, to make drinks and take the orders. I can imagine how much slower it would be during peak hours. I went during non-peak hours and there was only 2 people in store sitting down, yet it took me over 20 minutes to get my drinks.
