The bingsu we received was topped with what can ONLY be described as FROZEN mango and still not yet defrosted. Never in my wildest imagination did I ever think that it would be served with frozen mango which is usually used for blending smoothies!! My partner did not want to return the barely edible bingsu. The favourite on the dessert was the single small scoop of green tea ice-cream which formed the "leaf" of the strawberry decoration. I truly do recommend getting your bingsu fix elsewhere. I won't be returning. The store is located in the eatery section of H Mart, with ample parking outside in the plaza. PS on further reflection of my review, perhaps I was expecting fresh mango and nowhere on the menu did it specify that the Mango Bingsu is served with fresh mango. Lesson learned.

We were worried there won't be enough sesame, but there was two layers so fret not. It was also just the right amount of sweet, coming with sesame ice cream, red bean paste and some mochi which was soft and added good texture. The base was a very sweet milky taste, and I really wish they infused the matcha directly into the shave ice itself. The matcha was just drizzled on top with matcha powder, along with some whipped cream which only diluted the matcha taste further. On the other hand, I will say they are generous with the mango topping, which were very fresh and perfectly ripe. They gave one single mochi cube which I feel they should either give more of or none at all. The environment itself is very noisy. Not sure what it is about the walls but they do not absorb sound well at all. Voices echo and bounce off the walls like crazy, it sounds like everyone is yelling and talking over eachother in there. That aside, the space and decor has a cute vibe and the self-serve water/coffee bar is a nice added touch. If I ever come back here, it would either be out of convenience or to try their drinks/a different dessert. Unfortunately the bingsu falls short in my opinion especially for the price tag. She just let us know we could scan the QR code for the menu on the table, and come up to the counter to order, when we are ready. We were debating which one to get, Golden Mango or Matcha Mango Bingsu. The cashier said Golden Mango is giving different texture, even though it's all mango flavor; the Matcha Mango is using matcha shaved ice as base, then top with Mango fresh fruit. So we final decision was the Golden Mango Bingsu. Once we ordered, we got a electric alert board. We won't wait long, the alert board was beeping when our order was ready. I went back to the counter to get my Bingsu. This desert is not big that costs $12.55+tax. Sago has no taste. Fresh mango is on the top, mango base is mango flavored shaded ice, which is like ice cream that smooth. Mango sauce as layer is in the middle of the base, which makes stronger taste. Overall, it's pretty tasty and fresh. That's another type of ice cream for me. The store was open until late night, and I was seeing couples coming in. I liked the green tea bingsu the most as the ice was very fine and creamy. The milk tea was very choppy and I didn't like the texture as much. I think it's part of the aesthetic, but they serve the bingsu piled up super high in proportionally small bowls. They fully expect a mess so they provide trays for every bingsu to catch the mess as it melts, floods pass the bowl, syrups drip off the ice and toppings topple off. I wish they would just put it in a properly sized bowls instead of the mess. Also, the wooden trays are chipped and broken which doesn't feel hygienic. Service was super friendly even though it was busy, so extra star for the hardworking staff.

As the name suggest it is beautifully presented like flower. With peach, grapefruit, fruit puree on a shaved milk ice topped with whipped cream is the best! The ice is so fine in texture and will literally melt in your mouth. The fruit balances the sweetness from the puree and the condense milk, specially the bittersweet grapefruit. Its good to eat it in as it'll melt right away if you have it as to go. Also, we tried their fruit cups (mango) with whipped cream a little sweet to me but its also good. Staff are friendly, not much people when we visited and you'll get your order quickly. Clean space inside. Plenty of parking in the plaza, but weekends get to be busy.
