He developed an infection and there were no medical providers available. Despite this fatigue and shortness of breath from the infection, he was brought to PT. As his performance was not great given the infection, the PT pushed him and appeared annoyed that my father couldn't do what they wanted. The nurses are incompetent and the aids spend most of tgere time on there phones. Call lights are rarely responded to. Speaking with the higher level administrators was eye opening. No one is competent there. I am a medical professional and know what adequate care is. This facility was reported to the authorities.

They work together as a team, which is something you don't see very often. I have been going there for quite a while, and everyone there, at one point or another, has gone above and beyond to help me. Vicky, Dr. Goldman's assistant, is marvelous. She is always so pleasant and personable. Recently, I discovered that it was she who took it upon herself to write what must have been a master crafted PA in order to obtain Lidoderm Patches for me. I have been trying to obtain them via insurance for over a year. Three doctors have tried, as well. These patches are the one thing that cures my pain. I had resorted to buying them from Canada for close to $200. One day, I got a letter in the mail stating my appeal had been approved. Now, a month's supply is under $5. Dr. Goldman is a stellar doctor, who takes time to listen and offer knowledgeable, compassionate feedback. I've never felt rushed out his office. He's sincerely concerned and has been there for me during recent health crises, which I will never forget. He's also funny, witty and sharp. His calming demeanor has made me feel at ease. I don't normally call health providers, but have called Dr. Goldman. I feel comfortable with him, and know he's not going to balk at my concern(s). He really wants to help, and it shows. Dr Goldman is patient, curtious and knowledgable. I never feel like they are rushing through my apts (I've also seen one of the PAs here). Been here for both annual exams and sick visits and have been happy with the outcome The office runs pretty much on time. The front desk is nice. On site phlebotomy a plus. Exam rooms are either freezing or over-heated. Way to go NWPC!

He was told by the clinic it was "normal" and called a "dip". His dip never faded. The clinic ordered an MRI which shows only structural damage to appease him. He kept asking for help but no one believed or listened to him. He took his own life because of the callousness of the people who work there and Dr Brennan who refused to talk to me. Instead, he had his lawyer contact me. What does that tell you?? Look up the inventor of TMS and you will find that he also took his own life. Please do not go to this clinic or see this doctor. No real compassion, just want tens of thousands of dollars in cash from you. They lie about it being safe. It's not. I just buried him...

The MBHP staff is the most pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and I have ever encountered. I have spoken with about a dozen MBHP staff over the past few months-- no one has ever rushed me through a call, quickly transferred me to another extension that puts me on hold for 10- 45 minutes, given me conflicting information, etc. Instead, my questions are quickly answered and any issues are resolved.

The food is excellent. Not your usual crummy hospital food. They serve lox, matzah ball soup, roast chicken, and more tasty goodies. Try and get a single room if you can. Located on Centre Street in Roslindale, part of Boston, they are down the street from Faulkner Hospital, on the other side of the street. There is ample free parking.
