Then he also gave me a reasonable price to replace that half of the roof. I was kept up to date about colors and progress. I've had roof work done before so I knew to ask about replacement wood underneath, and he was very good about sending pictures to show me what needed to be replaced. When finished I was very grateful for how well he did the clean up. I'm the end he sent pictures of the finished product as well. I don't mind climbing up the ladder to check on work, but I'm grateful when I don't have to.
