We just moved to Alexandria so we wanted to check out what this is like in case we want to come back. Our spa pass included a mimosa and access to their outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and relaxation lounges. There were also snacks and teas in the lounges. They also provide you with a locker, sandals, and a robe, and all the towels you'd ever need. The outdoor pool was fairly small but there were several places to sit outside with umbrellas so we enjoyed our time there with the view. The sauna was like the saunas in most gyms so I didn't spend much time there but I enjoyed the steam room for sure. The only reason I'm docking a star is that I don't think the spa pass was worth the $100pp it would have been normally, as the amenities were pretty standard and the women's locker room was pretty small. It def makes sense being in the MGM resort and can be great for guests but I'd rather spend my money at a standalone spa like King Spa that had more unique offerings. Still was a great day though and great to know this is right there in case we wanted to come back or try a massage etc.

I originally thought that I was at the wrong location because the address was for a gym but the receptionist assured me that I was in the right location and that Jasmine would be up shortly. Jasmine was punctual, asked if I had any problem areas, and then allowed me to get undressed. While I would give the massage a 7 out of 10, I believe that the ambiance of the massage was poor. With the massage area being in the gym, I was able to hear the hip hop/r&b music that they gym was playing even through the soft jazz/relaxation music being played in the massage room. Also, because the lights in the room were turned on, I could not fully relax. In the previous massages I have had, the lights were either off or dimmed. I would maybe give this business another try if they were ever to move to another location.

Most of my pain is from driving and thus the front of my shins hurt and most recently, I have experienced stabbing pain in the middle of the night. He took care of that pain so much so that I actually for the first time in a long time I actually slept through the night pain free. I have had SEVERAL massages in my life - maybe about 2000 where probably close to half were with men. I have no preference as long as they are quiet, have proper pressure and good techniques. But for the first time in my experience, respectfully and professionally James left the room when it was time for me to turn over.
