This spa is located in Old Town Alexandria so parking can be tricky. Anyhoo it's in the same building as One Life Fitness. Very easy to find. Not too many amenities to enjoy before being serviced and a very small restroom/changing area. Literally 1 toilet and 2 showers. The entire spa was really small. I felt bad like I was cheating on my regular masseuse. LOL but this was a gift! So I guess I can make an exception ;) My service was with Suzy. I opted for the 50 min hot stone massage and I did inform Suzy that I wanted a full body reset and gave her the green light to really apply pressure and dig deep into my massage. We just moved to Alexandria so we wanted to check out what this is like in case we want to come back. Our spa pass included a mimosa and access to their outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and relaxation lounges. There were also snacks and teas in the lounges. They also provide you with a locker, sandals, and a robe, and all the towels you'd ever need. The outdoor pool was fairly small but there were several places to sit outside with umbrellas so we enjoyed our time there with the view. The sauna was like the saunas in most gyms so I didn't spend much time there but I enjoyed the steam room for sure. The only reason I'm docking a star is that I don't think the spa pass was worth the $100pp it would have been normally, as the amenities were pretty standard and the women's locker room was pretty small. It def makes sense being in the MGM resort and can be great for guests but I'd rather spend my money at a standalone spa like King Spa that had more unique offerings. She addressed me and apologized for an anticipated wait. After some time, she led me to a room and we went through the regular song and dance about what my problem areas were, etc. I undressed and waited for her to come back. And waited and waited. She finally came in after about 15 minutes and apologized about a technical issue that she said only she can fix and said she'd be right back. WTF? She finally came back after I had waited on that table for damn near an hour. It was my first time there and I think she thought I was a newbie. I've gotten monthly massages for over 20 years and was looking for a new location after moving back to Alexandria. Also, I was not happy at all with the forced tipping situation. The receptionist, who was not all that friendly, presented me with a tablet to pay with the tip already entered. One should not be put in a position to have to ask to have the amount adjusted or removed. In addition, the "spa" is in an office building facing a major street - Richmond Highway. You can hear and feel the traffic even though there are no windows in the massage room. May be ok for foot work or facials but if you want a relaxing massage - this won't do. Needless to say, I will not be going back and would not recommend.

The location was very easy to find, and there was parking in front of the building. When I arrived. The staff were very friendly when I walk through the door. They checked me in very quickly and showed me to the waiting room. The waiting room was an amazing experience as all the chairs are full body massage chairs, which is a super nice touch. I was able to go ahead and relax my mind as I prepared for my massage. My massage was with Joshua and he was amazing! He asked me very thorough questions about the type of pressure I like and any problem areas I may have. It was the best massage I have had in a very long time. I had a very sore back coming into the massage and the pain was gone when I left. Joshua deserves 10 stars definitely recommend! When my massage was over, I went back to the front and checked out very easily. I definitely will be back here for my massage needs. I hope to try other services as well. 10 out of 10. Last Christmas, I asked my husband for a spa membership, and he gifted me with a year-long membership that included a monthly 90-minute massage (highly recommend!). During my facial, I asked the esthetician, Angela (also wonderful), who she had received massages from. Sebene was on her list. While Angela assured me that all the providers are great and I couldn't go wrong with anyone, I decided to start with Sebene. And I've never looked back. Sebene is appropriately working at a spa with the word Heaven in the name!! Her skills are truly extraordinary. She is a miracle worker! I had bilateral total hip replacement in 2025, and I've been recovering slowly since February of 2025. Often, when I go to my appointments, my body is out of alignment and in some degree of pain. When I leave, I feel like I've left a transformative experience. While Sebene offers traditional massages, I've opted for a treatment focused on realignment and mobility. I'm 51 years old and have had massages throughout my adult life. I can honestly say, I have NEVER experienced massage therapy like this! Sebene is truly gifted! The only thing that tops her hands blessed by God is her calm, warm, intuitive demeanor. She walks in and you want to hug her. You feel safe and secure. I walk in the door, and she greets me with a warm smile, gentle hug, and asks if there is anything I would like her to focus on. And while I give her my concerns, being mindful that I only have 90 minutes, some weeks feel like my entire body is aching. She ensures she addresses all my concerns and intuitively navigates to body parts I have not mentioned but have been struggling with. And when she is done, she always says, "I hope I have made you feel a little better." After every visit, my husband asks how was my massage. Each month, my response is more detailed and glowing. When we arrived early, we were placed in a shared room, the exact opposite of what we asked for. They then asked me to wait in the lobby while they made changes. A few minutes later, my wife was also asked to leave the room, as it had apparently been double-booked. At this point, there were no rooms available, so we were told to wait more despite having reservations. Eventually, my wife was taken to a room, but unbeknown to me she was assigned a male therapist, which we had specifically requested to avoid. I remained in the lobby for quite a while before being called back. When I finally got to my room, my therapist had no idea what kind of massage I was supposed to receive or for how long. The massage itself was fine, not particularly memorable, but okay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was poorly managed, frustrating, and uncomfortable. To top it off, there's a sign suggesting cash tips (with a suspiciously conveniently placed ATM in the lobby), and they don't tell you in advance that there's an extra charge for using a credit card. I've been trying to find a new regular massage spot, but I don't think this is the spot. Similar to other reviews, I left with the sense that the "therapist" is not a licensed massage therapist, just someone who rubs you.
