They also charge a fee to use a debit card which I believe is not allowed on debit only credit. Honestly unless you are desperately needing something this place can be avoided.

I had told them I was shopping around looking for tent with draping and 2 chandeliers that I can keep up for 2 wks. I asked for quote. They gave me a quote and i told them im still shopping around and ill get back to them if i need them. A few days later they msg me and said they're following up. So I told them i had found someone else that was in our budget and then I thanked them. Mind you i specifically told them I will get back to them IF I need them. So I continued to ask them how much do they charge for pipe and draping. because I was looking for someone to pipe and drape a church for my mother's funeral. They replied and said with the price they have they don't come to Long Beach for it. And that was it. I knew they were giving a attitude because they didn't like the fact that I found someone else for tent and drape which was in my budget. So I replied and asked them so how much is pipe and drape. Next thing you know they blocked me. ‍ how do they know if I wanted the whole church draped??!! you can't get mad at someone because they didn't book you because they found someone in their budget. Mind you it's a funeral so we were on a budget because we have a lot of other things to pay for. So we found someone else who can provide us a tent with draping in a cost we can afford to pay. This is not the way to act towards customers with your business. You guys act hateful and come off rude. Especially during a time when my family is going through a loss. This business did not have to get mad and completely block me because I respectfully told them I found someone else within our budget. They wanna be petty then jokes on them. I'm gonna let it be known how they treated me. You think you can block me but my family members can still see your page. Sad that they do this when I booked twice before but now they wanna have attitudes because we can't book with them. Do not book with this business. TERRIBLE!!!! I was even patient with them because they take their time responding. Also, they weren't the only business I was talking to checking for prices. And all the others were being very respectful and sent me their condolences when I told them I found someone within my budget And told me if I have any other questions on anything else to let them know. But I got the total opposite with this Aj's party rental business. I regret ever booking you guys for my other two events knowing this is your attitude. Sad sad SAD

A dinner with a couple of photos. I wanted to have a bunch of balloons in the photo and wondered what flower shop could stand up to the challenge of having it done in a couple of hours. I searched Yelp and found this simple yet very professional establishment. The owner told me his name and I've forgotten it through all the excitement but what I didn't forget and what truly matters is how I was treated and the service received. In one of the reviews, a customer stated that this her go-to spot for gifts and things and I definitely agree with her. Very good service from the time I stepped in. He just had opened when I arrived so I was willing to be patient through anything I may had to wait for. I love the variety of balloons that he carries along with the colors. Also the flowers, bears and gifts. They're all so beautiful and can really touch the heart. I wanted two balloons that stated "Happy Anniversary", two gold colored balloons and a big number six, representing how many years. When my hubby picked up the order, it was beautifully done. They were tied together at the right height which caused them to display so beautifully in our photos. I was very happy with the work done and will definitely be back for any other occasions

I was down the street at a tile store for our bathroom remodel and happily stumbled across this Party City. I guess they ALL didn't go under. Who knew!? Of course I had to check it out. They had a plethora of balloons!! Sooo many options. I was looking for the party cups that they always had in every color like the Long Beach location but I didn't see any (if someone can confirm they DO have them let me know!) I won't frequent here since it's a bit of a drive from me but I'm glad to know it still exists if needed.
