I love getting my car washed there, and I'm probably going to become a monthly customer soon because my car often gets dirty, and it's nice to watch it get clean at Meg Watch. The pricing is good, and the staff are more than just workers--they are truly passionate and love their job. I had a window that wasn't working and wouldn't roll up, and they went above and beyond to help me get it up. This way, when I go for washes, water doesn't spray inside. That kind of quality service is hard to find. Elsewhere, people just tell me to roll up my window without offering any help. I paid for a month of the best washes and it no longer worked after 24 days. That's not a month. I showed the people there my receipt from my bank and it didn't matter. They ripped me off. I bet they do this all the time. Once you reach a certain number of washes where they don't make their profit margin they cut off your account. I'm gonna get the city attorney involved or just file a small claims case for the entirety of the amount I paid for their breach of contract. I'll make a motion for discovery and force them to hand over all their similar contracts for 2 years to see how often they've done this. Went through the wash last Sat, 08/02/25. Was the worst I have ever had!!! When we came out the other side, looked as though NOTHING had been rinsed off. Windows were completely spotted and streaked, hood, sides, top & back were the same way. Headed straight for Brown Bear Car Wash and went through another wash. Mega Wash has always been my go-to. My car is significantly cleaner when I go to mega wash vs other car washes in the area. The prices are fair for the premium value. Their customer service is good. The problem is we moved and so we canceled our service at the actual car wash (they canceled it for me). I thought "Great". Well the amount still came out of my account. I have tried to call and the phone just rings and rings and then finally it says "the call can not be completed as dialed" I have emailed them but to no avail. I just want to cancel our account. You would think with family and with the younger family members probably being more computer savvy that this membership could be canceled. Went through this car wash twice. The 2nd time their high-powered blowers ripped off the rubber above my doors and left it hanging. They won't back their business. After talking to their manager, Chris, he was no help and stated it was a Toyota defect and they won't fix those. No compensation was offered whatsoever. This company doesn't stand behind their machinery and their manager's customer service skills are sorely lacking. I would not advise using this car wash EVER!!! We now have to take my new 2024 Toyota Venza to the dealer in Coeur d'Alene and have them fix it (our time, our money). This is our go to place for quick, friendly service. The machines do an awesome job cleaning and waxing and the vacuum and garbage area is spacious enough to open all doors and dry. They constantly empty the garbage cans in that area so it's nice not to see other people's garbage. read more

This is a great car wash. If you go the extra mile, by tipping the team, the team goes 2 extra miles for you! Sugar gets you more bait than vinegar. We pay monthly and for the price of 4 washes in Idaho, we get as many washes as we need. The coating we get on the car really helps stuff just dust off. We tip the team who prewash the car so they are happy to go the extra mile for us. I found out about this place when my company used the service, company quality that is worth my money. We had an issue with bugs full of pine pitch, if you have a problem like that, just explain to the team, they really go the extra mile! The other washes here are not per month, but per wash. There are no teams pre-washing the car, you get to go back in if your car is not perfect the first time even if it is a pay per wash. We love the personal service! We loved the 76 in Idaho till my company I drove for was using it. We loved it so much we got the service for our personal auto's. read more

The car was does an okay job but it won't clean your rims, even though it's advertised in the package I bought. The employees are supposed to scrub the front and back of the car which they usually don't do. I would recommend the basic package for $25 a month for unlimited washes. Just consider it a basic drive-through car wash. read more

I use to love going to mega wash but over the last few months the staff has been extremely rude. My son loves car washes and this is his favorite. I had the unlimited washes (the most expensive one because it has all the bells and whistles for the 3 year old). The guy who talked me into it told me that if I came out of the car wash and a bird pooped on my car I could flip around and go right back through. Well I had 4 kids on my car and they had such a fun time going through they wanted to go one more time so we tried to and three guys ran out and told me that "unlimited" WAS limited to once a day. We were given the run around about it and I told them it was for the kids and they refused even though we were willing to pay for the second one. Then today we went down and tried to go through and my sticker didnt read (I had gotten a new credit card recently). There were about 6 cars in line and the same guy that was so rude about the first incident came up to my window and told me I must not have enough money in the bank and then walked away. Umm I make 3 times what he does why does he have to be such a dick. I feel bad because my kid loves that car wash but I would much rather go somewhere that my money is appreciated and not treated disrespectfully because I was told different to get me to buy something. read more

I have purchased at least 10 books from here. Used or gifted them. This place does a fantastic job. However I went a few weeks ago and the air dryer came on but the hose must have been disconnected because it didn't dry my car. No biggie I did it by hand. Then decided to go in and let the attendant know to prevent any complaints. I didn't expect another free wash again. He proceeded to argue with me and said he heard it come on and I must have driven to fast through it. Made me feel like an idiot. Like I said I've been there several times. I want to like this car wash but after the second chance today I won't be back. But I wanted you to know what you are doing wrong so you can fix it, if that interests you. Your tire shining system sucks. When I get my truck washed I want a good tire shine. When you guys first opened I tried you out and your system only shined half of my tires. So, I never went back. This morning I tried you guys again and your tire shine still sucks. I can't even tell that my tires were shined and I can still see dust on parts of my tire! I paid $16.00!!! I'm very disappointed. My boyfriend took my car through this location on Sunday because my car was covered in what looked like dried soda that someone threw at my car in a parking lot and I needed to get it off my paint ASAP. I was hesitant on going here because my last experience wasn't worth the $$ but he chose the $16 wash and the gentleman that assisted us was very friendly and even offered for us to drive through the wash for free right after we get done with the wash. There was a young teen working in the wash to help guide the cars into the wash and he was also very polite and hard working. My car definitely needed to go through twice in order to look completely clean, which I don't experience with the mister wash locations even when my car is filthy. We didn't use the vacuums so I do not know if those have gotten any better than my last experience which is why I went from 2 stars to 3, instead of 4 stars but I will have to go back and test out the vacuums again to update this review. read more

I signed up for an all access monthly pass at Mega Wash Express on Maple, March 2019. Nothing but problems after that. I used the wash 3 times then went out of town for 3 weeks... came back tried to use the wash and I was told that my account had been cancelled by me 2 days after my purchase! I never cancelled it. It went further downhill from there. After sorting out the cancellation problem, a new monthly pass sticker was placed on my car and was placed too low on my windshield for the scanner to read. After several tries through the car wash and the scanner not reading my pass sticker I complained to the manager. He told me that wasn't a big problem and I should "stop whining about it". I persisted and he replaced the second monthly pass sticker with a third...still too low for the scanner to read. I went back again with the sticker in hand (I removed it) and marked a place on my windshield where I would like the fourth sticker to be placed. I dealt with a different worker with the same poor customer service attitude. With that, I decided right then and there to cancel the monthly service. Come to find out I apparently now had two accounts that needed to be cancelled! I am currently checking my credit card statement just to see how many times I've paid for this terrible service. Mega Wash Express Maple really needs to do some major Customer Service seminars with their employees! read more

These guys are the only ones in town that will take a lifted pick up, I make it by a few inches. There are probably 20 or more car washes in the Spokane area and unless I want to get out and do it myself, this is pretty much it. They do a fantastic job and have never had any issues with the staff and my truck always comes out great. The unlimited plan is a great deal. I read all of the negative reviews and while I am sure some or even most are valid, clearly you can't make everyone happy. I love the place. read more

Attendant who takes your money is a teenager who could barely get off his phone long enough to take my money and answer questions. I asked for a tire shine and he gave me a wheel wash. After I went through the wash, I went back to get it corrected. Kid didn't know the difference between a tire and a wheel. I asked for the manager. Manager was upstairs, and couldn't come down because he was busy "doing something with money." An exact quote. Later I called to talk to the manager and asked him if he was just too lazy to come down and help an irate customer. He screamed at me that he's "not lazy" and hung up on me. This car wash handles some vehicles with pods etc that other car washes can't. The crew work well as a team and while my rigs are always SUPER DIRTY, they do a great job with the pre-wash that they do manually. The vacuums have always been in excellent working order when I have used them. The area for vacuuming is spacious so other cars aren't bumping doors etc while drivers are diving into the depths of their filthy interiors trying to vacuum wierd, tight, tiny spaces. Their hours of operation seem to be ok, though I couldn't tell you what they are. The location is also super easy to find as MEGA Wash is between the busiest North- & South-bound arterials in Spokane. read more

Everyone here is very helpful and nice---the car wash is SO much better than where we used to go and would have given 5 stars, but their vacuums are not good.
