The gal that just came on shift running the wash, I didn't catch her name, even spent extra time the prewash. These guys gave a personable experience. They didn't just treat me like another number. I will be going back and they gained a long term customer. Only complaint is that when I tried calling the phone number to explain my gratitude and tell them their employees were killing it I couldn't get through and kept getting disconnected.

You get one guy drying and half the time he doesn't bother drying the tail gate. so I remind him. Two guys today and they did a terrible job of wiping down the truck. Streaks and a film of dirt still where they didn't bother to wipe. Going back in the morning and have them rewash it. They raised their prices and the quality has gone down hill. Car washes have gotten expensive everywhere, but I will say that Squeaky's is still a pretty good…read moredeal, especially considering how hard the people work here, and that you get your car finished by being dried by hand. Since there are no brushes (hard to find) you won't get your paint scratched. And since they have regular employees on site instead of like the automatic places, if something isn't working right they can respond immediately. I once noticed a set of nozzles on one side was not spraying anything. They let me go back through after they fixed it right then AND gave me a card for another top tier wash. I will also note that, unlike a lot of places, their vacuums are really strong and actually get the job done. The only downside is they do such a good job, it gets busy often. That kind of quality service is hard to find. Elsewhere, people just tell me to roll up my window without offering any help. I am really, really impressed and will never wash my car anywhere else as long as I live here in Spokane.

This morning, when I went all the bays were busy, but she was cleaning out one bay, while I was waiting for another, and she came over to me and said "you can use that one now." I really appreciated this. This is the ONLY hand car wash I go to, so if you want a clean looking well run car wash, this is THE only one to go to in my opinion. They also have an upholstery cleaning machine for the inside of your car as well. A big plus....
