    MISTER CARWASH HAS DAMAGED MY CAR

    My vehicle was damaged by the brushes! I was being flung off and on the track scratching my car and twisted the license plate into my car damaging the bumper. After all that not one worker came out to see if everything was OK, instead I had to go and call them and waited for a long time, finally Lexxi which tells me before looking at my car that she was the manager and was just going to deny my claim. That is crooked and fraudulent, I even emailed the ceo John lai, and as u can guess no response from a company that's being ran by someone that doesn't care about customers or service! This place will damage ur car i highly recommend going elsewhere. ​

    The assistant manager was not monitoring the computer and didn't see us get knocked off the track and wrecked with the truck rear-ending us repeatedly for over 3 minutes until I laid on the horn for over a minute and then they finally shut the machine down by this time 17,000 damage was done to my brand new 2025 Jeep Compass with less than 200 mi on it they say it's not their fault then the truck that rear ended us they showed the video to the truck lot that it came from but they refused to show the video to my insurance company it's just ridiculous they're liable they ruin my Jeep and I want a new Jeep I don't want to wreck cheap they're people they said it's my fault and they refused to talk to me and they refuse to talk to my insurance company so we have to take him to court it's just ridiculous it's unspeakable the stupidity of those people cuz they don't want to they're liable their machine knocked us off the track into the wall and ruined our rig and we got rear-ended repeatedly My wife thought she was going to die then we sat in the emergency room for 9 hours and finally just went home they need to take responsibility for their actions this is the day and age where you own up and you take what's yours they need to do this.

    Went through today and the car was just not clean. Went back around and they informed me that they do not rewash cars. Young woman very pleased with her power to turn me away said I could pay for another wash or come back some other time. I pointed out it would not be prudent to continue coming back and she said I could do as I please. True... but not good for business. As I sat writing this review, what I believe to be a manager came along and looked at the back of the car. My photo only shows half the tailgate as I didn't want to include the license plate number of course. But the entire tailgate is that bad. Of course he could see this and appeared to be coming in my direction but walked away again. Didn't have the strength to admit it. I couldn't include the windows as there was just too much reflection. But they're pretty bad!

    I have been going to Mr. Carwash for 16 years as a member, paying $32 and change every month. On Jan 2nd of 2023 I went through and drove straight home and parked in my driveway. A few hours later I went outside and noticed what appeared to be a half inch scratch or rub mark almost the full length of the passenger side. I also noticed that whole side was very dirty and the driver's side was very clean. I took the truck back to the carwash and contacted Josh Geng the GM. He took photos and did a report and said he would get back to me in 72 hours after an investigation. He called me 4 days later and said they were denying my claim. There was $900. worth of damage according to Ziebart. According to Ziebart this is very common with these carwashes to deny claims. If you value your paint don't go there.

    This is the only Mr location in Spokane with two wash lanes and they do a HORRIBLE job opening them both in a timely manner during peak times. I'm an Uber driver as well as an unlimited wash club member so my time is as valuable as anyone else's. 30+ minute wait for a wash & vac here is getting to be too much. I've told them at the wash that it's becoming a problem but they don't seem receptive to my input. $350 a year should buy better service than this.

    Went to the Division Mister car wash. The big brush in the car wash broke my stone & bug deflector on the front. The piece flew up and over my SUV. I parked and went in to tell the manager Justin, who said maybe it didn't happen in car wash. I took him over and showed him the pieces laying on the wash area ground. Then I said and look at my car it's still really dirty too. He stopped the whole car wash and said the machine was out of alignment. We both took pictures and Justin said Norman the main manager would call... and the company is good about fixing things, especially since it was the alignment. So after several days I got a call from Norman the main manager. He told me they don't fix after-market stuff. I told him it was on the vehicle when I bought it new, and it's a Nissan part. It was not a cheap after-market piece like he said. I told him it also matches the top sunroof guard. He laughed at me and said that the cheap part lasted me this long, I should be happy. Norman didn't care at all about how i felt or fixing my SUV. He told me to go on Amazon and buy it myself and fix it myself. I even paid for the horrible car wash. Terrible service. So I went to the Nissan dealer to look up the part and get it fixed. Nissan said it wasn't an after-market piece, and that it came installed on the SUV. Showed me the Nissan logo. The guard matches the top guard on the sunroof as well, and they don't make that color anymore. So my choices are.... no stone & Bug Deflector on the front, or they won't match colors, and that would look stupid. This wasn't cheap aftermarket plastic, like Norman said, and he was really nasty too....nothing like being blown off and laughed at when you get your car ruined.

    I am very impressed with this specific car wash, listening to their customers and trying to make their car wash the best in town. Still not perfect but it's getting so much better and we really appreciate the effort.

    Let's start with the positives -- the customer service was excellent. I found this company through…read morea Google search and emailed for more information. They responded promptly and were able to get me scheduled quickly, all via email. In-person interactions were just as pleasant. My vehicle was quite messy (I have four kids, so you can imagine the amount of crumbs!) and also had some mold, which they were able to treat and remove from what I can tell. They even gave the outside of my car a quick wash, which I hadn't requested but really appreciated. For those curious about pricing, it truly depends on what you're wanting done and the size of your vehicle. For mine -- which included leather conditioner treatment, a full interior detail, and mold cleaning -- the total came to $571. If I'm being a little nitpicky, I would have liked the leather conditioner rubbed in a bit more thoroughly, as there were some streaks, and they did miss a couple of small spots during cleaning. That said, before I left, they made it clear that if I had any issues, I could bring it back and they'd take care of it. The small things they missed are minor enough that I can easily handle them myself. Overall, I would recommend this business -- the positives definitely outweigh the minor misses. --- UPDATE --- After posting my review, I received a call the same day from the establishment offering to address the concerns I mentioned -- even though I had given them a 5-star rating. They truly didn't have to reach out, so I really appreciate the effort. It shows a lot of integrity and pride in delivering both great service and the quality customers pay for. They insisted on having us come back so they could fix the conditioner on the seats, but since we had already put covers on the kids' seats, we had addressed it ourselves. Still, their willingness to make it right means a lot, and I truly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Total was over $500 and we paid additional for pet hair removal. See Photo's. At pickup, they offered to complete the rear cargo area. I was suppose to wait? They offered to do an add on job free quoted as $256 but offered no refund. I don't have time to spend waiting for them to complete their job or to "make some deal". Recommend you look for other options. I certainly will on the other vehicles we have to be cleaned.
