After chatting it up for a while and having him help me out with what I needed, I decided that he deserved for me to do something I don't regularly go out of my way to do. Write a review. My review is for both Brandon and the Paradise Grills Winter Garden location/company. First off, Id been in other outdoor furniture and grill type stores before but whenever I've been interested in something, the sales people always make me feel like I'm at a crummy used car dealership. This is probably why I buy 80% of my outdoor accessories and furniture on the internet nowadays but an outdoor kitchen just felt like too big and important of a purchase to not go see and feel in person. Although it's been some time since my purchase, I remember thinking that Brandon felt more like a buddy that was helping me make my back patio a cool hangout space than he did a salesman. He was easy to talk to, knew every detail about every piece of anything in that showroom and even helped out on the price and threw in a couple of accessories without me having to ask. As far as the kitchen and grill itself, they immediately became a talking point and hangout area that transformed my back patio in to my own personal paradise that my friends and family flock to. It's become the natural place to spend time whenever I have guests over, ( and the weather is cooperating, of course.) When it comes to quality, I'd say the kitchen build is overall very good. Are there things that could be done better? Probably but I also bought a $10,000 outdoor kitchen that was prebuilt and installed at my home 4 days after I bought it vs waiting months for a builder to tear up my patio and charge me 3-4 times the money. I was able to do some moderate level of customizing on the grill and side burner placement to my liking. After a handful of years I've only had to repair or replace minor things that I would expect to have to take care of with any sort of appliance or item that is regularly used or subject to intense Florida sun and hard Florida rain. Brandon also showed me some of the upgrades they've made to quality since I purchased mine so there may even be less to have to worry about with the new version but I'm no expert so you'd have to ask him yourself! The photo I've used in this review is a recent one of my kitchen so maybe you'll have some relative idea of how these things stand up to the elements after a few years. If you're considering buying a grill, an outdoor kitchen, or one of these mega outdoor tiki huts, (That I wish I could afford for myself. Fingers crossed maybe one day,) run, don't walk, over to the Paradise Grills location in the Winter Garden Village and ask for Brandon. My only gripe is that they don't sell cocktails at their store because I felt like I was in the Bahamas at this Winter Garden location haha!
