And someone wasting an hour of your day when you have an appointment scheduled is not a relaxing experience in any way shape or form. Not something I expect from a "spa like" environment. Thankfully someone else filled her place and I had a great massage but the whole havoc before it ruined the experience for me. Ps This is NOT the first time this has happened to me. This makes it so much more disappointing. I had one other massage scheduled here months ago with a different massage therapist and I had to wait 15 minutes for her to show up when I had an appointment.
