I opened the driver's door and a big dent and scratch inside the door frame. I pointed that out to the manager. His response was that they would never make that mistake and it was me that damaged the truck by slamming my seat belt buckle in the door. I 100% know it was not there when I dropped off the door. They will not take responsibility. I would never use them again. Their reputation for being a premier service is incorrect.
