The mall is hard to get into, and the VS is nowhere near anywhere that you can park. The wonderful Saving Grace at this location is that we were able to find some of the most amazing pants in the history of VS, and the exact ones which Barbie had been looking for in her exact sizes. Then I went and lined up and waited for them and waited for them and waited for them and it took just about forever and I cannot put into words how rude the people working here were. Barbie says: VS stands for Very Sexy, obviously! VS has great collections, like Pink and VSX and beauty. The Pink clothes are super cute. VSX has really stylish durable workout leggings and tops. On more than one occasion the staff helped find specific sizes and colors in the back that were not longer allowed on sales floor (ex. hoodies that were on sale a few weeks ago and since been replaced with a newer style) Sales floor was very clean and well stocked. My cashier, Rebecca, was very knowledgable and apologized to everyone for the wait. Even with 5 employees on registers, the line was still lengthy but moved quickly. She also told me about coupons, Angel card (which I already had) and new promotions. When cashiers ask for email/phone number, sign up each and every time you shop. You will receive more coupons and discounts.

I came here with my sister to help find her wedding dress. Aziza was helping us look for a dress…read more She looked at dresses one by one and selected a few for my sister to try on. Every dress my sister tried on, they put on a veil and stretched it out so that she could see how it looked. My sister saw a dress on the side and asked to see it. Aziza said "This is the one I tokd you but you didnt like it." So Aziza grabbed it and showed her and she said let me just try it to see please. She tried it on and fell in love. We told her to try on the first dress again to be sure. They were so patient with us. She retried the first one but she said she didn't love it like the last. They reput on the dress and my sister said yes to the dress. She was so happy. She started crying and they gave everyone tissues. Aziza wasn't too pushy. She told my sister to choose a dress she felt happy with and wanted, and to not worry about everyone elses opinion. The dress was actually a really good price. She also picked out a vail for about $450 and crown $240. We went to quite a few bridal shops and the crowns were more expensive at other shops. Overall, we had a great experience. My sister will be back in for alterations for the dress. They went over all of the prices with my sister up front. They also offered coupons for mother of the bride, mother in law, and the bridesmaid dresses as well. My sister said she will come back in to have a bridesmaid try on dresses.
