They helped him choose a beautiful Italian wool navy suit that he could wear to the weddings and a dark green suit (I never would have thought he could pull of that color) for the less formal events. My dad told me about this store so we decided to give it a shot. The store is crazy busy inside because they have amazing deals. Even though it was busy, this gentleman measured him and got him in a suit so fast. He tried on another blue one with a slightly different color and chose that one. The gentleman told him to pick out any ahirt and tie as well. We weren't sure what the price was so we asked. He said it was $139 for the whole suit, tie, and shirt. The only additional charge is any alterations. It only cost $15 for the alterations though. He said it will be ready on Wednesday for pickup any time. We are so excited. The process was super easy and fast. We will definitely be back to get more.

The gentleman there was quick to help us find my son's size and assist with getting everything picked out. This suit was needed for a funeral so it was very short notice. Macy's Shopping Experience…read more While I did find everything I was looking for, my visit to Macy's turned into a much longer shopping trip than expected. The biggest challenge was the lack of floor assistance--no one was available to help for most of my time there. Toward the end, I did find one helpful associate who set up a dressing room and assisted with items, which I truly appreciated. Another major issue was the clothing tags. Many items weren't labeled correctly, and the hangers didn't match the actual sizes. I had to check inside each garment to confirm sizing, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. This isn't the Macy's I remember from past shopping experiences. While the quality of the clothing--especially professional wear--is still excellent, the overall shopping experience felt inconvenient and disappointing. Thank you Dawn
