Definitely the worst Costco I've ever been to they carry very little of nutritional value they carry almost all junk. Other Costco's are not like that. I don't know who runs this one, but whoever it is does a terrible job. The layout is awful. They no longer carry ink. I don't need to order it online and wait till tomorrow. I need it today. It's generally how ink works so there's a lot to hate about this Costco the good things yeah I can't think of any. HEARING AIDS My third pair over the past 12 years. My dog ate the first pair and the second pair lasted until I lost them The new ones are Jabra and are far superior than the previous pairs and cost less. I especially like being able to adjust them on my iphone for background noise. The audiologist was super with the testing and spent nearly an hour instructing when I picked them up. Over the years i've been back for adjustments and cleaning and very well treated. I can't see why anyone would go to another place for quality and service. read more

This is my favorite Costco in metro Detroit! It seems to be a bit less busy at peak times. You won't catch many lines through the snack section like I've noticed at other places. In general I always snag a spot in line with only one or two carts ahead of me. The cafe workers are also super nice considering how busy they are. They seem genuinely happy to be at work. read more

This store is very well stocked, clean, and has pretty much anything you could possibly want. The door greeter, cashier, and receipt checker on the way out were all very friendly too. Their eatery staff was also extremely fast at getting us our order. We are super pleased with all of our purchases from this store and will continue to shop at this location. read more

Who doesn't like Costco! This store is no different than other Costcos. It is our regular location since it is the closest to where we live. Usually go on Sunday mornings when they open. Mind you there is a huge line to get in but once you are in, it doesn't feel busy. I usually like going in the mornings because there are fewer people, and I can take my time while shopping around in the store. There is rarely when items aren't in stock which is great because I don't go to Costco that often and when I go, I want to make sure my items on the list are in stock. The lines to checkout are long. The cashiers are usually fast and efficient. We don't really wait that long in line to check out. We probably get in and out in less than 40 minutes including checking out at the registers which I love. There is plenty of parking around. The food court is great, it helps that there are screens where you can order and pay for your food and pick it up at the window. There could be more seating area, but it is not a big deal. read more

You gotta love Costco. It has been a zoo lately with the Coronavirus outbreak, but employees have been friendly and helpful throughout even handing out sanitizer wipes as you walk in the door. They've opened more lanes to get you out the door faster. My favorites are their taco kits and the $5 rotisserie chicken that is better than everyone else's. This is absolutely the worst Costco location that I've ever visited and I hate it. The store itself isn't bad or anything like that but the customers at this location are freaking rude and complete morons full of disrespect. No one around here knows how to park and if you're being patient and kind enough to let someone out don't be surprised if someone whips in there and tries to steal your parking spot as you're waiting. If you try to leave a gap in a line so people can get through expect people to try to cut in front of you. Like I said, it's not the store itself. It's just the customers and the people of this area are the rudest I've ever dealt with and I intentionally go out of my way to go to another location. I absolutely love going to Costco but the idea they haven't a third on in Macomb County is mind boggling. The parking lot is completely packed with people parking at the Meijer. Have you ever frequented a store so much that you could push your cart around that store with a blindfold on and pick up what you came there for? That's NOT this Costco for me but rather another Costco location for me. I have been to this location previously but not too often because my regular location is much much closer. But when I do find myself in this area I usually stop and fill my gas tank because their gas prices are often lower that of even other Costcos including my regular one! Today we were driving in the area with friends and went in the store to have the Costco Pizza we had been telling them about plus drinks (20 Oz pop for $0.59 with refills hard to beat). We ordered half Pepperoni and half Combo. It was delicious as usual and our friends were impressed. Since we were there I decided to grab a few items we needed like Grapefruit that our regular Costco had been out of, and...where is everything?!? Different floor layout!! I asked a few shoppers if this was their regular store and, if it was, where each item was that I was looking for. It's still the same great Costco products and prices but frustrating like as if someone rearranged everything in your house! OK, I have to agree it's not up there with stopping terrorism, curing cancer, or fixing global warming (this last one does not necessarily reflect the view of this writer, but it sounds good)! Service has gone downhill, employees no help at all when you ask a question, or rudely answer you as if you are not important to their income! New policy in effect where you are no longer allowed to leave any items in the shopping cart at the register and the cashier will certainly make you aware of that fact if you do by letting you know she or he will be fired if they do so. Like everywhere else, we have choices and I plan to give BJ's or Sam's Club a chance after my COSTCO membership expires. I did complain and a manager called but just blew smoke up my butt to calm me down saying how she will discuss this with the team members. You know how everyone says that they can walk into Target for one item and end up buying the whole store? Yeah that's exactly me every time I walk into Costco! Such great deals on everything! I end up getting a ton of my food here, as well as my cleaning supplies and hygiene needs! The clothes section is superb. Great quality brands (Spyder, Adidas, Gerry, etc) for such a low price. My only complaint about the clothes is that the men's section almost always starts at a size medium and my boyfriend wears a small. This is my go to place for all of my Christmas shopping. I was able to speak to an employee at another location who was able to help me with no issues and told me there were 5 tires at this Costco and this Jim couldn't even find anything so please go to any other location. Costco is an amazing chain of stores. The employees are very nice and helpful. The samples they give of various foods are generous. I love trying all of the samples. They have everything that I would need. It would be nice if they had a self checkout. The parking lot here smells amazing because of Lebanese Grill right next door. I have been a Costco fan for 20 years. I really like the company's values. Over the last 11 years, I've always gotten my tire work done at this Costco and had very good service. Unfortunately, this last time, my daughter took our van to Costco to have the tires rotated and balanced, and they did something to cause the car to not drive properly. Both the steering / wobbling or vibration of the steering wheel and the brakes are no longer working properly. They say they can't find anything, however it was driving 100% fine before we took it in and immediately after was rumbling and not braking properly. They refuse to fix it claiming they are only tire guys. Now we have to take it to another shop, pay for the damages they caused. I will never take a vehicle back to this Service Center to be worked on. It's a shame that they have allowed their service people to become this inept. I can see from other reviews, this seems to be a trend. read more
