I'm finding this out 3 years after the surgery and 3 years of complications of high blood sugar. The only thing they checked was my thyroid. This is the kind of place where you have to request what you need and it takes multiple appointments to accomplish anything with your health. They won't run the necessary testing. You have to be your own advocate. They just want you to keep coming back to pay. I also scheduled a yearly check up because I know that I get one free each year and they didn't even enter it as a yearly check up so I was forced to pay for the appointment out of pocket. They also charged it as an initial appointment when I've been going there for more than 3 years.

If for any reason what so ever 1 of the staff could not make it, Joe would come out his self and take care of what needed done. Joe and staff were there with Dave for over a year. Then when Dave found out he had cancer, and there was nothing more the doctors could do, Joe worked with me and others to make Dave's wishes (to go home and die at home) happen. Joe got to work making sure he had 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts covered. Joe kept me in the loop about everything that was going on with Dave's care everyday. Joe and staff worked with hospice to make sure all of Dave's needs were met. They were all very caring and took care of Dave and helped make Dave's last few week comfortable.
